The Excellence Awards by Nurserycompare.com honor the UK’s top 20 nurseries, selected based on reviews up to 28th May of each year. Details on scoring are available under the ‘Reviews’ tab of each nursery’s profile. The awards recognize top performers without ranking, and scores on our website may differ from those at the award reference point.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Only nurseries with verified accounts on nurserycompare.com are eligible.
– Awards are determined by review scores as of 28th May of each year. Scores may vary before or after this date.
– A minimum of five reviews from 30th May of previous year to 28th May of the next year is needed.
– Compliance with regulatory standards is required.
– Awards will be withdrawn if a nursery’s rating drops, it faces enforcement, or violates our review guidelines, including fraud, within the year following the announcement.
UK's Top 20 Nursery Schools
The Nurserycompare.com Excellence Awards celebrate the finest nursery schools across the UK, selected through reviews up to 28th May of each year. Detailed scores can be found in the ‘Reviews’ section of each nursery school’s profile on our website. The awards commend the top 20 nursery schools for their exceptional service, without placing them in a specific order. Please be aware that review scores on our website might not align with those at the time of evaluation for the awards.
Eligibility Guidelines:
- Nursery schools must hold verified accounts on nurserycompare.com to be considered.
- Decisions are based on review scores as of 28th May of each year. Scores are subject to change before and after this date.
- A minimum of five reviews from 30th May of the previous to 28th May next year is required for consideration, along with compliance to our regulatory standards.
- If a nursery school experiences a downgrade in rating, faces enforcement actions, or infringes upon our review policy, including instances of fraud, within the year following the award announcement, the award will be rescinded.
UK's Top 20 Nursery Groups
The Nurserycompare.com Excellence Awards spotlight the premier Day Nursery Groups in the UK, drawing on feedback from parents and caregivers. The awards are segmented into three categories based on the size of the nursery group:
– Top 20 Large Nursery Groups 2024 (10+ members)
– Top 20 Mid-Size Nursery Groups 2024 (6-9 members)
– Top 20 Small Nursery Groups 2024 (2-5 members)
It’s important to note that the awards do not rank the top 20 within each category; they equally recognize excellence. The review scores seen on our website may not be indicative of the scores at the time of the awards.
Eligibility for Nursery Groups:
– Awards are determined by the review scores as of a specific cutoff date, and not by the nursery group’s listed position on our site. Review scores may vary at any time before or after this date.
– A Nursery Group’s Review Score is calculated as the average of all individual member scores, provided that at least 75% of the group’s members have a review score.
