He has loved every class he has been in, forming a close bond with his key worker and the other team in his room, who all have the kids’s best interests at heart. My son has a nut allergy so it is very reassuring that the setting is nut and kiwi free. He has grown to adore the cooked lunches that are provided and is proud to tell me when he has tried something new. It’s handy to keep in touch with what activities they have done in the day via the EY Log, and I can also post in there about what we have been up to on days he is not in the childcare centre. This means his key worker can speak to him about what they know he has been doing. I would highly suggest this childcare centre for kids of all ages. We adore Willow Tree Childcare centre & Pre-School! My son has attended since age 1 and is now 3.5.

He has flourished both in social skills and with the start of his academic discovering level. All team are absolutely remarkable in all aspects. Our eldest kid also attended here a few years ago and the level of excellence has remained. We suggest this childcare centre very highly to all we can. My kid is very cheerful here. Room team were outstanding at helping my kid settle into childcare centre life, the facilities and ethos of the childcare centre are a perfect fit for us, kid-led but still with routine and assistance.

Adore how the childcare centre focus on each kid, consistently ensuring the kids have everything they want/need for sessions and post updates on the EyLog. My little one eats, talks and plays with others so much better now and adores the Aunties. So pleased we got a space at Willow Tree Childcare centre & Pre-School as soon as I applied.

The team are incredible at helping kids settle into new rooms when moving from a younger room to an older one. I cannot fault the team with keeping me up to date with how my kid is doing throughout the day. Welcoming team, room spotless and tidy.

A massive thank you to the member of team that keeps me updated on my kid’s development and answers any questions or concerns I may have. My little boy has also just started and seems to be enjoying it so far. My kid loves coming to childcare centre and has come such a long way since she started, she has made some really great connections with the team and they are all so supportive.

However, my little boy is 2 and is a lockdown baby, he hadn’t been left with anyone and was very much a mummy’s boy so I thought it would take him a while to settle, but three sessions in and missing a whole week off as he was poorly between those sessions and he is jumping out my arms to get down and see his key worker with a excellent big smile on his face!
This makes me burst with pride! It shows the incredible job the Willow Tree team do to take care building incredible relationships with the kids and are also going through all the extra measures to ensure my kid’s dietary requirements are met with extra provisions in place. They really go out of their way to make sure all needs are met both kid and adult reassurance. Blessed with the best in Willow Tree! I could not suggest this childcare centre enough!
My 5-year-old is now at school but attended this childcare centre, she had so much self‑assurance so I never doubted her thriving.

Thank you to Willow Tree for helping my kids development and get ready for school and we are all going to miss coming here. Willow Tree has been an aset to me for the last 7 years looking after my son who is currently here and my daughter who used to be here before going into school,
the aunties are all exceptional and take time with the kids when they need extra assistance like my son did adjusting to childcare centre life.
The rooms are spacious and have lots of activities for the kids to playtime and keep them busy threw out the day.
My son has made some lovely friendships and is going to really miss the team here when he goes to school later in the year, and so will I.
