April 28, 2022 at 12:00 amBoth our boys (aged 4 and 1) love New Foundations Day Nursery. Our 4 year old wakes up every day and asks “is it nursery day today?”.
The staff are professional and caring and adjust to any special requirements easily (like allergies).
It’s a cliché but we could tell it was the right choice the first time we looked around. We have no hesitation recommending to everyone.

April 28, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son (aged 4) and daughter (aged 2) both attend this nursery. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff are professional and really caring. The nursery is on the smaller side meaning all the staff seem to know the names of all of the children, even if they don’t usually work in the same room as the children. The quality of the food menu for children is great and the nursery is really well run. My children have enjoyed going to nursery since day one and I’m really glad that I chose it.

April 28, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending this nursery for 7 months and absolutely loves it. The staff are so lovely and welcoming that she settled in straight away and is very excited on the days she attends. This is all thanks to the amazing team and warm, friendly, safe and fun environment they create for the children. As a parent, it is so reassuring knowing how happy your children are attending nursery, and so nice to hear them tell you stories about their day and how much fun they have. I would definitely recommend this nursery to any parent, I couldn’t ask for more.

April 29, 2022 at 12:00 amThe nursery has been very helpful in my child’s development. They work with the speech therapist and my daughter’s speech has drastically improved. The staff in the sunflower room are doing amazing as well as those in the preschool room. I’m grateful.

January 9, 2023 at 12:00 amOur child has been attending here for a few months, joining the nursery at 16 months and settled in straight away. I had great confidence from the start as the team took a lot of detail and care in getting to know him to ensure he would settle well.
We get daily updates with everything we need to know and photos throughout the day. He is benefiting from the structure and routine of the nursery day and is developing so well from everything he is being taught there. Each day is filled with fun and creative learning. All staff are really friendly and I feel comfortable that if we had any concerns we could raise them.
Would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a caring and fun setting where their child will learn lots!

The entire staff are always very friendly, supportive and caring and we’ve not had one concern in two years. February 6, 2023 at 12:00 amOur daughter has attended New Foundations Day Nursery since eleven months old. The staff are extremely attentive and have a genuine interest and care for all the children. We receive updates throughout the day on what she has been up to, including nap times, meals, photos etc.
The staff are very accommodating and helpful towards managing our daughter’s multiple food allergies and have worked together to create a comprehensive care plan for her. Activities are varied and plentiful, we would highly recommend New Foundations Day Nursery to all as our daughter loves it here!

February 6, 2023 at 12:00 amA lovely independent small nursery. The care provided by staff is excellent. My little one loves going to nursery and asks to attend on non-nursery days. It’s a home-from-home, which is one of the reasons why we picked this nursery.
Great communication with daily updates via an app from the day’s activities. A good mix of different activities for the little ones to do daily. The food offering is really good as my little one is now being exposed to foods that we would not normally offer at home. Great independent local nursery.

February 6, 2023 at 12:00 amMy little one has been attending since 2021 and absolutely loves it. The staff are all so lovely and you can tell the children have a real bond with them. My daughter is always coming home and telling me all the new things she has been learning and shows real excitement going in each day. I know she is looked after really well and is in a safe space which is really reassuring for working parents.

February 6, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been at New Foundations Day Nursery for nearly a year now and has come on in leaps and bounds during that time. Her social skills have greatly improved and she is always telling me new little things she has learnt. They have various outside providers come in to vary the children’s activities. The staff are friendly and caring and I’m kept fully updated through the app as to what my daughter has been up to throughout the day. They provide nutritious balanced meals and my little one looks forward to her days at nursery.

The updates we get and pictures are great and he enjoys all the different activities he does.
The menu is amazing with very often him having all.

April 28, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son absolutely loves coming into nursery every Friday, staff are always a pleasure to speak to they are always smiling and happy to answer any questions I have, they are great at keeping me updated during the day on the Famly app in which the children are always doing different activities it’s never the same, great nursery all round my son has also come on leaps and bounds with his education and communication since starting.

April 28, 2023 at 12:00 amOur experience of New Foundations has been fantastic. Our daughter has a great rapport with the staff and other children and has learnt so much in her time there. The menu is fantastic, healthy, varied and ensures kids with allergies do not miss out. The activities and external providers they work with are proving hugely popular too, with our little one at least!

May 17, 2023 at 12:00 amThe team is lovely and cares about our son’s development. You can tell they all enjoy what they do. On top of this, the nursery is incredibly well organised, a fantastic space for play and extremely professional.
We also like the variety of the meals our son is getting there. Overall we’re really happy and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who lives in the area.

May 17, 2023 at 12:00 amOur 17-month-old started this nursery when he was 9 months. He has amazingly grown from a baby to becoming a toddler. He suffers from eczema and is allergic to dairy, eggs and nuts. The nursery took this on board and ensured that his diet is adjusted and emollients applied. We get updated on his development and he gets lots of cuddles and love from everyone at the nursery. I can’t recommend this nursery to everyone. The peace of mind we get and assurance around his development is outstanding.

There is lots of learning and interactions with other toddlers.
He has really settled well and enjoys going.
He has made friends and I can see he is learning a lot every time I pick him up.

The staff seem to know the children really well and show a genuine interest in helping children’s development, as well as catering to their interests and needs. The communication with parents is excellent and we have felt involved in our daughter’s day. Our daughter comes home talking all about the experiences she’s had during the day with a smile on her face. The staff have helped to support our daughter in many ways, for which we are extremely grateful.

June 14, 2023 at 12:00 amMy little one started this nursery after an unfortunate experience at another local nursery. The staff are a cut above the rest. They are caring and very engaging. They are brilliant with keeping you updated with activities of the day and are brilliant with getting back to you if you ever have a query.
