All team are highly welcoming and supportive. I know my kids are in great hands and are well looked after. The childcare centre also has a strong kid’s development programme which prepares them for the reception stage. My eldest kid was able to pick up phonics and maths basics easy when starting reception class last year. I do suggest MMI Day Childcare centre to all parents. I’m highly pleased with the choice of this childcare centre for my two kids.

She didn’t speak English at the time, and now she speaks fluent English. It’s a highly inviting and welcoming setting, and the kids are highly cheerful there. The headteacher is highly flexible and understanding, consistently willing to cater/accommodate for your kid’s needs. They have music lessons, cooking classes, sports and Spanish every week included in the price. Plus the key person does one to one teaching with your kid using Montessori approach and technics. My daughter passed the entrance test for the high school all thanks to the team at MMI; I haven’t done any extra work with her at home. My two younger kids will be going to MMI, and wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to anyone. My daughter went to MMI from May 2016 till July 2020.

The headteacher and the educators are so sweet, attentive and approachable. They know the kids so well, they put their hearts out every day not only to teach and care for them but also to provide them with the most fond and enjoyable memories of their first steps into education. My eldest has been out of pre-school for a few years already, but still talks about and remembers the educators (which are still there today, there’s a sense of strong community and familiarity as educators have been there for years) and we pass by to say hello every now and then. This lovely childcare centre and the incredible people that are part of it will be deep in our hearts for the longest time. Thank you! Our two kids attended MMI at Raynes Park from age 2 to 4, and they both absolutely loved their time there.

She asked us to take him round, calm him down and bring him back. I thought they’d be trained to do this, we were surprised. Asking if I could go in (we had a settling in period of 1 hour only!) with my son to comfort him for ten minutes. She shouted ‘no you’re not doing that again’ – in front of other parents where it’s all our neighbourhood. I didn’t find her approachable and she was highly unprofessional. She said I need to be stricter otherwise my son will make use of me for the rest of my life. However, the breaking point for me was when she said he hasn’t opened his mouth for the two weeks he’s been in (only 3 hours a day and 3 days a week – he attended this childcare centre only for two weeks. My son never stops talking at home, he’s obviously only shy. She asked me to take him to doctors and that she’s seen much younger kids speaking three languages fluently. Been comparing kids this age. Just shocking. My son, aged 27 months old had a tantrum once and the headteacher didn’t want to calm him down.

Our journey is exceptionally positive. The educators are highly dedicated, experienced and genuinely like working with kids of this age. The setting is accommodative, kid led and nurturing. The kids in the morning are cheerful and rush towards the gates – which says a lot! My son attended the pre school for 2 years.

He settled in highly easily and has loved going to school since day one. He has made secure relationships with his educators and friends and has greatly developed since he attended the setting. One thing that amazed me was how confident and independent at doing things for himself, he became shortly after he attended the childcare centre. My little boy has now started to recognise letters and numbers and his joy of discovering is visible and naturally nurtured at Modern Montessori school.
The facility is bright, tidy and spotless and the educators do a remarkable job at keeping the school secure and spotless, daily. The outdoor is incredible and cleverly used to further assistance the discovering, and a stellar playtime area too. The management is expert and welcoming and consistently available to listen to and work in partnership with parents.
I highly suggest Modern Montessori pre-school as a remarkable start to your kid’s early years of education. My son has been exceptionally cheerful at Modern Montessori pre-school.

The manager and team are all remarkable ladies and have made every day such a delight for my daughter. The outside area is remarkable, such a rare find in London. All of the activities and discovering my daughter has been involved in has nurtured her self‑assurance, independence and her sense of belonging. Thank you, MMI Raynes Park! Such a remarkable childcare centre, my daughter has loved it and we are sad she is leaving to start reception!

He settled in straight away and consistently looks forward to going in. His language skills have improved immeasurably since starting and he often sings new songs that he has learnt or chats about the things he has done each day. Our son attends for four mornings a week which has worked well for us. We have found the manager and her team to be welcoming, approachable and the information and feedback about our son’s daily activities and development have been both detailed and reassuring. We have had an incredibly positive journey with our two year old son joining MMI Raynes Park.

My priorities were outdoor space and a relaxed atmosphere where my daughter could learn freely and at her own pace. As soon as I walked into MMI, I knew this was the right place for us. The manager and her team are exceptionally gifted educators, with a genuine adore for the kids. They take particular care to meet each kid’s individual needs. They appreciate all kids are different. Within just a few weeks of starting MMI, we noticed our daughter’s language, counting, motor skills, imaginative playtime, physical ability and problem-solving had significantly developed. Our daughter has blossomed this last year and has had the best start I could have hoped for. MMI is full of happiness, warmth and adore. The manager and her team have nurtured a adore of discovering in our daughter that will stay with her forever. I can’t suggest MMI enough. I was meticulous in my research of local nurseries – I visited over 6, looked at Ofsted reports, and read any review I could find.

The new school manager is incredible, and as a parent, I can confidently send my youngest knowing she in secure hands. The school has a inviting, cosy setting and all educators are incredible. You can speak to them at any time about your concerns and they help you to understand the best way to resolve them. My daughter runs straight into the class without hesitation as she feels secure, cheerful and looked after. The school has a variety of activities, provide computer and extra languages as an external activity. My 3 kids are/have been part of the school.

The team are highly expert and welcoming, the activities stimulating and the outside space, idyllic. He is now highly ready for school in September thanks to the dedication of the team. Our son spent five terms at this childcare centre and it has been a fantastic setting for him.

Possibly my best ever parenting choice! The childcare centre manager and other educators/team are so experienced, compassionate and attentive – it’s a truly secure, calm and nurturing setting. My son has absolutely blossomed under their care and developed strong friendships with other kids. He races in every morning with scarcely a look back – there are almost no teary kids at drop-off, which is testament to what a cheerful place it is. They can run around outside and tire themselves out, as well as the discovering activities with the educators in the Montessori style. If I want to speak to the educators about anything they’re flexible and available to speak on the phone or in-person outside. I only wish I had sent him (and indeed my first kid) there earlier. My son has attended the childcare centre since September 2020 so I couldn’t visit beforehand (covid), but plumped for it on the basis of the lovely outside space, stellar reviews from friends and a lovely chat with the wonderfully inviting childcare centre manager over the phone.

My daughter has been exceptionally cheerful here. The outdoor area is unique and the kids are able to playtime outdoors a lot. The discovering is outstanding and the activities they do are truly excellent including cooking, Spanish and playtime ball all included. I cannot suggest this childcare centre more highly. The manager is a one in a million. This is a fantastic childcare centre.

Not only it is a Montessori approach led school, the team are highly experienced, trained and don’t change fast as in many other nurseries. The place is spacious, sunny and the garden is simply gorgeous. I’m so cheerful my both kids can delight in this vast open space during the day, especially comparing to other nurseries in the area. The location is highly secure and nice, being in middle of the park. It’s also highly handy to go to the playground with kids afterwards which is two steps away. We also adore the fact that the childcare centre has mixed age, the younger kids are discovering from older ones, the older ones are discovering to be attentive about younger ones and there is no normalization of age development models. The childcare centre is also more affordable then many other ones. It would suit parents with flexible schedule, though as the childcare centre works during school hours, it is closed during all the school holidays. We are feeling blessed to have this childcare centre in our area.

My son was there from the beginning until the end and he loved it and was so cheerful there.
I will keep an exceptionally great memory of it and will send my other son there too.
The educators adore what they do and are so patient and great with the kids. I adore the Montessori method of teaching and I believe my son learned so
much thanks to his educators and the setting. I loved that it’s different from a full on daycare and that the day ends at 3:45.
My son learned how to share through them and I see how cheerful he is.
I couldn’t imagine a better childcare centre for my kid. They are highly attentive and this is what I wanted. MMI Raynes Park is a lovely childcare centre.

He loves his preschool and he has learnt so many things there. The outdoor area is huge, unique and the indoors is perfect. My son truly likes the different rooms, such as the art room. The team at MMI Raynes Park is highly attentive and I can tell that all the kids are growing and discovering happily there. Thank you! I am so thankful as I have definitely chosen an incredible childcare centre for my son.

We can tell how much they adore their days there by the way they act at drop off: running to the door without a backwards glance. The on-site team are all lovely and communicate well with us to let us know what’s going on at the childcare centre, and with our kids. Highly recommended. My two kids (aged 4 and 3) have attended this pre-school 3 days per week since shortly after their second birthdays, and we have just put them up to 4 days.

She settled quickly and ever since loves it! She is consistently cheerful to go to playtime with her friends, to do enjoyable activities and was missing the childcare centre highly much during the time of the first lockdown in 2020. The childcare centre is located on the grounds of Cottenham Park with an enviably large outdoor space where kids have lots of enjoyable every day. It is excellent that the team of the childcare centre are all full time qualified and experienced educators, not only providing solid ground and resources for everyday discovering and playing but are also highly attentive, kids adore them! Among the activities that our daughter enjoys most are arts, cooking and Spanish. Looking at how cheerful she is in this preschool and how much she is discovering, we can highly suggest it! Our daughter is attending MMI Raynes Park since November 2019.

It brings me so much joy to be able to send my daughter here and she absolutely loves going to school each day.
My daughter was just 2 years when she started at the school and was highly nervous about being left alone in a strange setting – The warmth and adore provided by the incredible team soon helped her to settle in. The team are fantastic and super attentive to the individual needs of the kids and encourage them to develop skills doing what they delight in the most.
My daughter is consistently talking about the teacher’s and fellow pupils when she is at home – they are a special part of her life. She especially loves the little celebrations parties they have when it’s a birthday.
My daughter started at the childcare centre 6 months ago, in the middle of lockdown and the team made me sense confident that every step had been taken to ensure the space was in line with the government guidelines for Covid protection and the health and safety of the kids was prioritised. I can’t rate MMI childcare centre highly enough.

We truly liked the fact the settling was tailored to the individual kid and thanks to the fantastic team, he was asking to be left on his own by day two! The setting and teaching approach is completely suited to him with various rooms, a plethora of activities and both in house and external, pre Covid-19. They also have a excellent outdoor space. In eighteen months he has learnt a wealth of new skills from pouring, measuring, writing and he is starting to read. We have seen him grow into a highly independent and attentive four year old who is truly well prepared for primary school. The fact he and many of his friends run into the preschool each day is testament to the nurturing setting the manager and her team have created. By far the best decision we have made so far for our son and we will be forever grateful to the incredible preschool team! We moved our son to MMI Raynes Park after two years at a local childcare centre and so were naturally nervous about how well he would settle in a new setting.
