Bright Horizons Chantry Hall Day Nursery and Preschool

He loves the classroom, the garden, the educators, his little friends, the activities and the lunches. The full team is consistently here for the parents when we have questions or observations. The educators have very creative ways to teach kids social skills, adapt to every kid’s level, encourage them and the activities are varied and different, every single day. Updates are sent throughout the day with our kid’s schedule and we have a full detailed report on our kid’s progression. Couldn’t be happier for our son’s first steps for school. Thank you for everything you do. Chantry Hall Childcare centre is the perfect place for our son.

My son has just left to start school and over the past 2 years that we’ve been attending, he has thrived in this setting. He wishes he could stay at the childcare centre forever and has formed such strong relationships with the team and made lots of excellent friends. As a parent it is all you can hope for – dropping off your kid each day with them running in the door excited and picking them up and them telling you what a excellent day they had. The team are very attuned and attentive to each kid’s needs, and encourage and develop their interests. They are also highly responsive to parent feedback. In one instance when my son had a period of feeling like he couldn’t express how he was feeling, they developed some specific sessions to encourage the kids to identify and talk about their emotions. They use the garden as much as possible which is excellent, the food is consistently varied and healthy, and they run diverse extra classes like yoga! I cannot speak more highly of the team at Chantry Hall childcare centre!

They have taken such great care of our daughter and we will forever be grateful. She has learnt so much in the time she has been there and has developed loads. She loves her carers and we appreciate all the updates and communications from the school – it’s nice to sense part of it all. We will miss you! We adore Chantry Hall!

I highly suggest Chantry Hall Childcare centre as there is such a high level of professionalism and care. This childcare centre has given our daughter a home from home feeling. She had started at the age of 6months and we can see so much development in her already. All team in the rooms are very attentive and enthusiastic. A very nurturing feeling is given from the team. Our daughter’s key worker has really put her 100% every day to help build her development. Another member of team has also been very attentive and consistently has a lovely welcoming face with a smile. The manager and Deputy Manager have consistently been very welcoming, expert approachable and attentive. If we have had anything to highlight, they have consistently prioritized it. Very great updates from management and team. My daughter had started Chantry Hall in February 2021, I had never imagined she would be so cheerful at a childcare centre.

Extremely compassionate and expert team who provide a real age-appropriate education. My eldest had a excellent journey when he was there, and my youngest is in his final year – both look forward to school every day! Highly recommended. A remarkable childcare centre that places the education and wellbeing of its kids first and foremost.

My kid’s needs were consistently put first, and standards of staffing have improved tenfold. Care levels have also since been outstanding. This continued after her departure when the lady returned as manager and the new deputy manager, who in particular is a exceptional communicator. All preschool educators are outstanding including the newcomers. The changes which occurred at the childcare centre since the temporary manager took over have been outstanding.

The baby room is outstanding, big enough to explore, small enough to be cosy. Separated from the bigger kids to be calm. My babies were both cheerful, ate well and formed very strong bonds. My son stayed with Chantry until 3 and my daughter until 3.5. They both loved it there.
The team are inviting, welcoming and encouraging.
I couldn’t have asked for more.

The garden is the only downside, it is small underinvested in. My son attended Chantry from 6 months and my daughter from 10 months.

The team are very attentive, the activities are excellent and our daughter is consistently excited to go. Fully recommended without hesitation. Our 22 month old daughter has been going to Chantry Hall for almost a year now and we’ve been extremely cheerful with all aspects of the childcare centre.

The educators, the manager, are outstanding and consistently very expert and supportive. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre more! My son has been in the preschool group for 1.5 years already and is very cheerful with the place. The childcare centre is excellent, very spacious, spotless, but the best part is the team.

Because of the pandemic he had only ever really been with me and found it difficult to be apart from me. His compassionate key workers showed him such generosity and care as he found his way. He has learned so much, become so much more independent, made friends and his language has come on enormously. He is given such lovely opportunities for discovering and playtime and feels secure, loved and valued. I would absolutely suggest Chantry to any parent. My little boy has settled in so well to Chantry Hall, thanks to the kindness, patience and dedication of the lovely team.
