September 9, 2024 at 2:27 amSadly due to many reasons we lost all trust in Tiggers’ (Cirencester) management so removed our kid from the setting.
The final insult was that we were provided false information about the payment owed to us.

October 13, 2024 at 4:11 amShe has really come out of herself and the team have been remarkable with her additional needs. The childcare centre is absolutely gorgeous, with lots of very cosy spaces and well-equipped, large outside spaces. I am so glad that I chose this childcare centre after looking around quite a few in the area. My daughter joined Tiggers in January this year and was very shy.

October 16, 2024 at 4:47 amThe team are incredible! They take their time to get to know each family and make the kids as comfortable as possible with a home-from-home sense. I am kept up to date with all my little one’s daily care routines and the team are consistently willing to accommodate any requests I make in change to routine. My little one has flourished during her time at Tiggers and I would highly suggest them. My now 14-month-old has been attending Tiggers 3 days a week since she was 6 months old.

November 22, 2024 at 5:07 amWe then sent our son who started in January 2019 until August 2022 but wish we’d looked somewhere else. Lockdown brought out the worse in the owner and the sense of a family childcare centre was lost very quickly and clearly down to numbers/money. We stayed as we had no other options through covid, but it hasn’t been a pleasant journey. The management is consistently cheerful to blame someone else rather than take responsibility for their actions and the recent Ofsted highlighted their faults. My son has been going since he was 8 months old (he’s now 4) and he got called the wrong name at drop-off the other week, the team turnaround is ridiculous and we’re so glad to finally be able to walk away and never set foot in the childcare centre again. Such a shame his childcare centre days were so disappointing. I wouldn’t suggest Tiggers to anyone. We had a excellent journey at Tiggers 5 years ago for our daughter, but that was clearly down to the team at the time.

January 3, 2025 at 8:54 amThe setting has so much to offer, with nice resources for the kids to playtime with. Outdoor spaces blow you away with such lovely wooden apparatus for the kids to playtime on, all suitable for the age range! Perfect for our daughter. Fantastic childcare centre, and have excellent trust in the team!

January 5, 2025 at 6:38 amAll the team are lovely. We are cheerful with the care she is getting in helping her get ready for school. Our daughter enjoys coming and we have seen an improvement in her social skills since moving to the preschool room.

January 12, 2025 at 5:52 pmThe team are so adorable, with a lot of patience and assistance. Any doubts you may have with regards to your kid’s development, tips on how to solve issues or suggestions, they consistently help you. The daily updates with parents is excellent, they use an App which keeps you updated on the nappy changes, the meals, kid development and any comments addressed to parents. It’s a nice little setting that as soon as you enter, it feels like home. My daughter joined the childcare centre 4 months ago and she loves it.

April 5, 2025 at 12:37 amMy son has consistently loved coming in and he is consistently kept busy, engaged and cheerful, mostly! The one issue of the last year or so has been the retention of team and we sense that some of the behavioral issues we have seen are a result of the uncertainty around key workers leaving all the time! That said, the team are really great and consistently cheerful to take the time to explain how he’s doing, what he’s done that day, how he has behaved and what has really grabbed his attention.
I couldn’t suggest Tiggers more highly, thanks to everyone there! Overall I think Tigger’s is excellent.

May 8, 2025 at 7:47 amAt the time, due to Covid, we could not even enter the setting for a visit, but the team were so communicative and reassuring from Day 1. Our little boy has been at Tiggers nearly a year now, and he has blossomed so much since he first started. He rarely looks back when we drop him off, he talks enthusiastically about his time in childcare centre, and as parents, we know he is in secure and attentive hands. I couldn’t be happier with our choice of childcare centre. Our son joined Tiggers @ Cirencester in January 2021 aged 18m after we moved to the area.

June 4, 2025 at 2:18 pmThey both started in the baby room at age one and are now two and four years old. They were nurtured so carefully from day one that it made leaving them much more bearable. Tiggers have been truly supportive through big changes like potty training and give the kids such wonderfully creative (and messy!) playtime opportunities which are more limited at home. The girls come home full of stories and ideas and have learnt a lot of vocabulary, number and letter recognition and writing skills. They are helped to talk about and control their emotions as well as understanding great behaviour and manners. We are very cheerful with the Tiggers team and suggest it. Tiggers @ Cirencester has allowed my two girls to thrive.

June 13, 2025 at 10:56 amShe has developed so much during this time, I’m really pleased with all the activities that they do during the day.
She is consistently cheerful to enter the childcare centre, most of the time she walks straight in without even looking at me!
Since the new management has been put in place I’ve noticed huge improvements to the settings and I’m really cheerful with how they manage the childcare centre. All members of team are consistently lovely as well!
I’d suggest it to a friend! My daughter joined Tiggers @ Cirencester just over a year ago, initially in the baby’s room, now she is in the toddler class.
