We inspire and teach our children through a wide range of play opportunities and experiences, using a balance of both adult-led and child-led activities.
Adult-led activities are stimulating activities that have been carefully planned by our practitioners to ensure children are developing in all areas of our curriculum. Our practitioners ensure that children learn to play in a variety of ways to maximise their full learning potential.
Child-led activities are chosen by the child and led by them. We provide a nurturing environment and rich resources to encourage children to play independently choosing their own interests. Through these periods of free-play children develop their social skills and language.

November 21, 2022 at 12:00 amI sent my twin boys to Tic Toc Nursery from babies to preschool and can’t talk highly enough about this nursery. I was put at ease straight away by the amazing staff when they first started… after seeing how happy the twins were in the settling-in period and then starting, I knew I had nothing to worry about. The staff are so caring, and the nurturing, warm environment made me see how truly special this nursery is. Communication with staff is amazing – nothing is ever too much hassle or a silly question. Emails are answered promptly, and it was lovely to see the boys progress on a daily basis with the app. The twins loved the delicious fresh food made every day. The nursery really put alot of thought into the experience for the kids, like the chickens they can see in the garden and sensory room. I also really liked how much developmental progress the twins made there and felt all activities were well-planned and related brilliantly to the curriculum. Thank you so much, Tic Toc!

The staff are so friendly and caring and offer comfort and support when needed, which makes the nursery feel more of a home-like environment for the children. We are so happy with our son’s learning and development and without any doubt, recommend it to anyone looking for a local nursery for their children.

December 2, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son moved to Tic Toc Nursery having previously been at another nursery, which he loved, so I was incredibly nervous about the transition. However, as soon as we looked around the nursery we loved it. The staff are so friendly and engaged with what the children are doing. The activities they do are so varied and all the children are so happy and comfortable there. I couldn’t recommend this nursery highly enough!

All the practitioners are so loving and caring. They always have a jam-packed filled day with fun, creative arts and crafts and importantly, learning the necessities.

December 5, 2022 at 12:00 amOur child has been attending Tic Toc since he was ten months old, he is now four and will be starting school in September. We and my son are going to really miss Tic Toc. All of the practitioners are so lovely and he comes out so happy each day. It is clear to see that the staff really do care about the children and it is such a special bond they have. The parent app is fantastic for seeing what the children have been up to. My son loves the Forest School activities that they do. I would recommend Tic Toc to anyone. We don’t actually live very near to Tic Toc anymore and haven’t done for the last two years but were still keen to attend and would also send any future children here too. I always find the office staff really helpful and responsive too. We love it.

Working in education for over 20 years meant that choosing a nursery for my daughter was a hard decision to make but I would highly recommend Tic Toc Nursery School. It is a nursery where every member of staff knows every child very well and treats him/her according to their individual needs. Thank you to the amazing team they always meet and greet with smiles even after a long day at work. I cannot thank you enough for the love and dedication you have given my daughter during her time at Tic Toc. Thank you to the management team who always responded and acted upon any request or queries promptly.

July 25, 2023 at 12:00 amLove this nursery! I always ask my daughter did she have a good day at nursery and the answer is always a yes! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I always leave my daughter knowing that she will be in safe hands. The staff know the children inside and out which makes them amazing! My daughter is now in the dolphin room. Even the transitioning from the panda room to the dolphin room was done with such ease as the staff made my daughter feel so welcome. It’s great to see my daughter becoming a confident and independent young lady, all thanks to these wonderful people at Tic Toc Nursery School. I must also mention how good the food is. They have an on-site chef who cooks freshly prepared meals every day. My daughter hardly eats much for me at home, but when I see the blossom app it shows that she’s had all of her food at nursery. They go above and beyond to care for all the children. You are amazing at what you do. Thank you for all the love and care.

July 26, 2023 at 12:00 amTic Toc Nursery School is the most fabulous nursery and we are so glad we chose it for our daughter. She absolutely loves going to the Panda Room and is so happy and well cared for. They do so many activities, from messy play to painting, to role play, to phonics, to yoga to music lessons with a specialist teacher. She loves the rabbit and chicken! Many activities are based on what is going on in the children’s lives or the country/world at the time, and we get detailed updates and photos every day via the app. The Mother’s and Father’s Day Breakfasts are so wonderful!
We can’t say enough about how amazing the staff are at Tic Toc – they go above and beyond in everything they do for the children and their families. Our daughter’s key worker in particular is amazing, and they have built such a lovely bond – she talks about her constantly at home! They make each child feel so valued and loved, and it is so reassuring as a parent to know we are leaving our daughter in such great care each day!

July 26, 2023 at 12:00 amSuch a great nursery with great staff. Our son attended Tic Toc Nursery in Twickenham from when he was 2 years old and he loved going there so much. He also blossomed so much and developed extremely well, thanks to the very attentive and supportive teaching staff. They do a lot of extracurricular activities with the kids such as football and music sessions and include the kids in feeding the bunnies and chickens in the garden. Our son has made so many friends and really loves his time at Tic Toc. It is a truly warm and loving nursery that looks so well after the children. The food menu is great as well, with a very diverse menu with dishes from all across the world, representing the great diversity at this nursery.

July 28, 2023 at 12:00 amWe as a family loved this nursery from the moment we joined. They made us feel our child was in his home away from home and he was extremely happy there.
Our son started Tic Toc Nursery School when he was just 11 months old. He was our first child and found settling in difficult. However, the team put us at ease and provided him with so much love and care that he soon was excited to go and explore every day.
Our son has developed great social and communication skills since attending Tic Toc and that’s because of the wide range of activities and experiences they provided throughout his time there. He is due to start reception in September and couldn’t be more ready. We will miss Tic Toc and the team very much. We couldn’t recommend this Nursery enough to anyone needing love and care for their child.

There is a good mix of activities and the staff are amazing – my son has grown a lot in confidence during his time here and I highly recommend it!

I have seen a great improvement in my daughter’s behavior and vocabulary. The teachers are very involved and give detailed updates and also show interest in the child’s development. The prices are also value for money and my daughter’s sister will be joining the nursery soon.

August 8, 2023 at 12:00 amSending our child to Tic Toc was the best decision we have made as parents. Whenever I’ve dropped my child off in the morning I always see children happy to go into school. I work in a nursery school myself so I know what it’s like. When I wait outside there is only praise coming from other parents about teachers or the yummy food the chef makes. One of the hardest things a mom will ever have to do is trust strangers with her baby, the team at Tic Toc have created such a relationship for me that I trust them fully with my child’s life, he is surrounded by people who truly love and care for him. All staff treat parents with such respect and compassion. The teachers in the panda room are always giving us little surprises that mean so much like birthday cards from our little one. Recently I asked them to dress my child in a special outfit because we were going to dad’s awards ceremony. The team took it upon themselves to create a special award for Dad. Little moments like that make it so special for us.
