The Little Academy Day Nursery

She is discovering a lot. When she comes home and I ask her what did she do today, she consistently happily answers. She has made great friends. She enjoys the different activities she does, especially painting. The team are welcoming and provide great feedback about her day. My daughter enjoys her time here.

Team are excellent. They give detailed feedback and offer advice when wanted. Childcare centre manager is very supportive and deals with queries quickly and efficiently. They have an invaluable elog facility which allows you to see pictures of what your kid has been doing. Whilst my son was settling in I thought this was incredible as when I dropped him off he would be crying but I could see videos and pictures of him smiling during the day which was a excellent comfort. My son has been going to this childcare centre for 2 years now and has learnt so much and is very cheerful.

My son only started a few months back and he loves it, usually asking to go in on the days he doesn’t attend! The place is bigger than it looks from the outside and super spotless too. Again, team are excellent with kids as well as parents and updates is excellent. Highly recommended to any parents wanting somewhere to place their kids. Absolutely incredible and welcoming team!

We have been extremely satisfied with the updates between the childcare centre and ourselves. Emails and calls are replied to swiftly; the team are lovely and welcoming, and they have done everything to accommodate our needs. Most importantly, our son comes home cheerful every time we pick him up. He seems to be involved in a range of different activities every day, which is remarkable to see. Our son has attended The Little Academy since October after a recommendation from another parent friend.

It really is a ‘home from home’ and she has built strong relationships with the team and other kids.
She has developed into an intelligent, social, attentive and confident young lady; and I know that attending The Little Academy has played a large part in who she is. My daughter has been attending The Little Academy for the last 4 years and she has been so cheerful.

They have worked miracles helping our kid learn to be around other kids and become very sociable (isolation caused by lockdown). Our kid settled in very quickly and looks forward to attending. He knows most team by name and looks forward to seeing them. The team are welcoming and easy to talk to. We get great feedback on a daily basis. We are cheerful that he attends Little Academy. Our kid has been at this setting since late last year.

The team are extremely conscientious and patient with the kids, the safeguarding protocols are outstanding, there seems to be a great mix of activities and outdoor time in a well equipped outdoor playground. The use of the app is also really useful for recording how much they eat, sleep and have cheerful changes, and I consistently felt updated with his development. It’s also, well managed a few of the fees are very reasonable. I think it’s unusual to find a childcare centre where the practitioners really care and where the kids have enjoyable. I think it’s a testament that my son would get to childcare centre and run in, barely saying goodbye to me or his dad! Cannot rate highly enough. My son attended this childcare centre for half a year, and we only moved him following a move out of the area.

He loves going to childcare centre and I sense he is secure and provided with the best care possible. The girls are incredible at what they do and the management team are consistently accommodating and welcoming. My son attends in the toddler room at the Little Academy where he is consistently greeted with a smile and a warming cuddle.

He has been well looked after and we have no complaints with the childcare centre and the team. All the team are very attentive and my son is consistently cheerful going there. He loves the food there and I do not need to worry if he has been well fed. The Little Academy is a small childcare centre in comparison to other childcare centre chains, but I like the fact that my son would be able to know everyone in there, same as they would also know my son. I have been to other bigger nurseries where I can only see chaos with kids overcrowded in the room. I would highly suggest the Little Academy childcare centre to other parents. My son started going to the Little Academy when he was a year old.

My son enjoys the childcare centre as he is consistently excited to go to the childcare centre. My son has learnt a lot of things which helps me and my family. The team are very welcoming and supportive all the time and updates about my son is first class as we get to know what he has been up to on a regular basis.
