The Eveline Day and Nursery Schools Ltd (Quicks Road)

Whilst I can easily comment on how fantastic the team have consistently been (and they are highly attentive and nurturing and balance this wonderfully with providing boundaries and structure) the best way I can explain my satisfaction is that when I’m at work, knowing that my kids are at Eveline day, I don’t have to worry or sense guilty because I know that my kids are ok, that they’re being highly well cared for, they’re playing, discovering and doing things that I never have the time or patience for (like messy playtime and painting!).
The manager and all the ladies are fantastic and have had such a inviting and positive impact on my kids lives that they couldn’t have a better start in life. Thank you Eveline Day. With one kid still in childcare centre and one having recently started school after spending 4 years at Eveline Day, I can unreservedly say that sending our kids to Eveline Day (Quicks Road) 3 days a week has been the best decision we have made for them.

My son had changed childcare centre three times due to our work, but here all the team are so considerate and inviting-hearted, that he smiles more than ever.
In previous nurseries, I thought my son was a difficult kid because childcare centre educators often put him in ‘timeout’ and he often cried in the childcare centre. I felt so guilty because my husband and I were consistently so busy with our work and we moved a lot.
However, now I realise his situation depends greatly on the childcare centre! When I talked to the educators about my concerns for my son’s difficulties in previous nurseries, they kindly set the meeting to discuss how to deal with him. I was so impressed that team provide enough assistance, they let my son learn more effectively, and let him delight in being in Eveline.
Now, both my husband and I sense it was a truly right choice to let my son go to Eveline because we often hear my son saying after we pick him up, “I enjoyed so much today!” I truly suggest this childcare centre.

This is a remarkable childcare centre in which our daughter thrives in the three days a week she attends.
The team are incredibly attentive and dedicated to looking after the kids and give them a remarkable start to life.
The manager does a fantastic job of running the place, minimising turnover of team, keeping parents up to date and finding new ways to expand the youngsters’ horizons, including the introduction of basics to Spanish in recent weeks.
Under her guidance, the childcare centre recently moved up to an Outstanding rating after an Ofsted review, and from everything we can see it is highly deserved.
Unlike some places we saw – where the team were often younger and seemingly doing the job as a staging post to something else – you get the impression the Eveline team view their work at the childcare centre as their desired vocation.
We sense highly lucky to have our kid attend and if you can get a place too would encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity.

The team and the setting are excellent and we are impressed by the strong management of the childcare centre as well as the teams’ journey, care and dedication to the kids as well as their day-to-day enthusiasm. The kids’s development and discovering are clearly in focus, alongside enjoyable and playtime and there is a clear emphasis on on-going optimisation of facilities and the childcare centre’s offering. I can warmly suggest Eveline Childcare centre Quicks Road! We are highly cheerful with Eveline Day Childcare centre.

He is highly cheerful to go to childcare centre every morning. We have visited other branches but this one just felt like the right one!
It’s lively and the kids are highly cheerful there. The team and management are lovely and highly expert. Highly recommended! My son started at Eveline Day Childcare centre just over a year ago and I can say he has flourished and is definitely growing in self‑assurance.

The branch manager is an incredible person. She seems to have unlimited energy! Pragmatic, inviting and with a genuine adore for kids. She’s also dedicated to retaining the best talent. It’s admirable how hard they work to answer each and every kid’s individual needs, and as a parent, that’s the most important thing for me. We are grateful for everything she and her team did/have been doing for our kids’ development.
Thinking about other benefits. They are open from 7:30am to 6:30pm – giving more flexibility for working parents compared to some other nurseries in the area.
Thinking about the downsides. The outside space is small, but they are right next to a park and they are putting it to great use when the weather permits. My twin kids have been at Eveline Day and Childcare centre Schools since they were 2.5 years old.

The team are remarkable, so engaging and interested in the kids they care for. My daughter has experienced a delay in walking and I cannot fault the assistance from team in helping her to get stronger and improve – their joy at seeing her walk for the first time was heartwarming. I am highly cheerful with the food the childcare centre provides – excellent variety and full of nutrition. The facilities are highly spotless and well kept and despite limited outdoor space, they make great use of the park next door whenever the weather permits. Overall, a highly cheerful customer! My daughter loves her childcare centre and has done ever since she started at 9 months’ old.

We have watched her flourish and develop so much since starting in 2018. She has excellent friendships with the kids and team and the team are constantly looking for ways to educate in a way that works for them, every kid is unique. Our daughter has been attending Eveline Day and Childcare centre School since she was 7 months old.

I was upset to have to return to work when my son was just 5.5 months old, but the childcare centre team assured me that he would be given one on one care at his age. He settled in immediately and I could tell the team genuinely enjoyed him being there. He is 10 months old now and he gets excited to see each Baby Room team member who greets him at the door when I drop him off. At every pick up, I see the older kids who look like they’ve done truly enjoyable things all day. I also get the emails that show that the older kids are offered things like sports clubs and forest school. I would highly suggest this childcare centre and we plan to stay for a long time. This is a lovely childcare centre with highly attentive and involved team.
