The Beehive Montessori School

Having initially chosen another local childcare centre where our daughter struggled to settle, we moved across to The Beehive and were immediately struck by the positive approach to discovering, calm atmosphere and attentiveness the team. We had a fantastic journey with an outstanding Montessori in London and were looking to find a childcare centre with a similar ethos and approach in Amersham. Our daughter settled quickly and continued to thrive in the stimulating and nurturing setting that the manager and her team work very hard to create. Cooking, painting, flower arranging, drama, dance, geography, maths and forest school are just some of the activities our daughter has benefitted from – she has been inspired and challenged (both academically and creatively) in a secure setting and has learned valuable life skills that have laid a solid foundation for her early school life and beyond. Three years on, we now have our youngest daughter at The Beehive and are thrilled to be able to journey it all again.

A traditional Montessori School for two to five-year-olds, it’s been run by the manager for 30 years now. My son went to Beehive and my daughter is there now. She is the most attentive person I know.
