Step By Step Day Nursery

There was not a day that went by she didn’t ask about going to childcare centre. We are highly sad that she will be leaving, and wish she could stay! We thank the team for everything they have done with her, and they will be missed highly much! For the time our daughter spent at Step by Step, we sense she has progressed so much.

Incredible care for the kids. The two years my son was at childcare centre, he had incredible care and kindness and was well looked after. He fully enjoyed his time with you all. The manager is remarkable and he loves you all to bits.
Such kindness and the care was outstanding for my son. He talks about all the team members and what he done with a big smile on his face. Team bind a remarkable relationship with my son and he consistently felt secure there.

My daughter has thrived here and loves her friends and the team so much. The updates is excellent, and management is flexible to requests. They consistently set up enjoyable activities for the kids, and I adore hearing about the things they’re discovering. My daughter has dietary requirements, and they consistently make sure she is well-catered for and not excluded. I couldn’t suggest the childcare centre enough

My priority for them is that they are cheerful and well cared for in a secure, welcoming, enjoyable, discovering setting. Step by Step ticks all the boxes for me. My kids happily walk off into their rooms in the morning! The team are lovely! They’re dedicated, hardworking and do a remarkable job, especially working throughout the pandemic. I receive regular emails with supportive information and ideas for activities to try at home. The childcare centre uses the website/app to record kids’s development so parents can see what their kids have been doing at childcare centre. And you can also see videos and pictures on Facebook or Instagram. The only thing I would change if I could is access to their outdoor space, but from my understanding, that is a shared space and isn’t within the childcare centre’s control. I have two kids at the childcare centre.

Both my kids have attended Step by Step Day Childcare centre and would like to say how excellent it is. The kids gain so many different skills and the level of care is second to none. The team tailor different activities for the kids to help in their overall development. I would highly suggest this childcare centre and sense that the childcare centre gave both my daughter’s the foundation and skills they needed before they started school. This childcare centre is remarkable.

All three of my kids have attended Step By Step; my eldest left in September, however still comes back for the holiday club.
My kids have developed incredible bonds with the team; they learn new things every day, and are all on target and above for there level of discovering!
The facilities have improved so much over the last couple of years, the owners, manager and all team have put time, money and effort into ensuring kids have all IT equipment and educational recourses they need for the kids to have the best start before primary school.
Overall, the food is excellent, the facilities are excellent, the team are incredible, and excellent parking facilities are great!
I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough! If you are looking for a place for your kid to sense secure, welcome, at home and given the best quality care and education, then this is the childcare centre for you!

The team are exceptional, and the atmosphere is consistently welcoming. There are plenty of activities, games, and new experiences for kids. I’m highly cheerful with our overall journey so far. My kid has progressed tremendously since starting at the childcare centre six months ago.

It has a highly homely feeling, and my son was taken great care of. My son truly used to delight in going to the childcare centre and felt cheerful being there with his educators. He had a great time in the childcare centre, and we are cheerful that we choose this childcare centre for him.

He is cheerful going there, and the team has consistently informed me of anything happening to him during the day, and they have given me great advice in order to encourage his development. His key worker is truly supportive, and she has encouraged him to be involved in different activities, as well as to interact with other babies and team members. Just another personal note to add, they are truly lovely and above all, you can see they care for the kids and babies attending the childcare centre. Highly inclusive, spotless, well equipped and outstanding proactive trained team. Also, you can see they assistance each other to give the best to the toddlers and babies. Highly recommended. I have had my eight-month-old in here for one month, and I am cheerful to see he is highly well looked after.

They care for and nurture them every day. Every single time I dropped my daughter off, she was greeted with smiles and enthusiasm, and she loved it. Thank you so much! The team at Step by Step Day Childcare centre just adore kids.
