Situated in the heart of the community at Irchester Village Hall, Pop-Up Day Nursery provides a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for children aged 9 months to 5 years. Rooted in the Development Matters framework, our small and friendly village setting focuses on play-based learning that sparks curiosity, resilience, and early independence.

A Calm and Caring Baby Area (9 months – 2 years)

Because we are a smaller, close-knit setting, our dedicated baby area offers a peaceful, secure space where our team builds strong, trusting relationships. We closely mirror each child's individual home routines for sleeping and feeding, supporting early sensory development and gentle interactions using a trusted key person approach.

Toddler & Pre-School Room (2 – 5 years)

Our combined toddler and pre-school room is an engaging space thoughtfully designed to support social development and communication. By learning and playing together in a mixed-age environment, children naturally build confidence, explore their surroundings, and develop vital early literacy and school-readiness skills.

Hands-On Outdoor Learning & Messy Play

We believe some of the richest learning happens outside! Our garden features a dedicated miniature construction zone and a popular mud kitchen, giving children the freedom to engage in hands-on, messy, and nature-inspired outdoor play every day.

Flexible Sessions & Fresh Meals

To accommodate busy family schedules, we provide flexible nursery sessions with multiple start and finish times throughout the day. We are highly focused on child well-being, providing nutritious daily snacks, a freshly cooked hot lunch, and balanced teas to help instill positive eating habits.
