Big thumbs up to team and Childcare centre. The team at Smarty Pants are incredible and they truly look after kids.

Welcoming expert team, fully resourced childcare centre and a variety of activities and discovering experiences for kids. Their annual ‘Cultural Day’ is an enriching journey for families of varied cultural backgrounds to share unique aspects of their culture – dressing, food, music, etc. Generally, a lovely place to nurture a kid.

The team are welcoming and approachable, with the setting being spotless, secure and well utilised. The keyworker assigned to each kid works to maintain and enhance the kid’s development needs, from an educational perspective too. The activities change on a daily basis, as does the setting of the room, which I sense is important to keep the kids engaged and cheerful. The team feedback each kid’s day in detail. They also do development meetings, so you can sit down and read through their files and what they have been doing. My daughter loves going to childcare centre and has been there since she was a baby, she even asks to go on weekends, she has that much enjoyable! They do a lot of reading and get to take books and activities home, which is educational and enjoyable. It’s run by a family, who give their time and adore as if we were their family. An Outstanding Childcare centre, I suggest! Smarty Pants Childcare centre is an exceptional and outstanding setting, where my kid has grown in self‑assurance and independence.

My daughter loves going to childcare centre she has made friends and is highly positive about everything All team are excellent, pleasant and down to earth.

Smarty Pants and the team have been incredible from day one. They take pride in what they do and truly push kids to achieve their best.
They use different ways to encourage kids to learn different skills. They have a excellent mixture of outdoor and indoor playtime but also have excellent trips away from the childcare centre.
I could not suggest Smarty Pants enough and appreciate all their assistance in my son’s development for many years. My son has been attending Smarty Pants since he was a baby.

They also have excellent activities, food and facilities – and with the Famly app, we are able to follow more as well. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough. Smarty Pants has been a fantastic childcare centre for our daughter – they are so lovely with the kids and care so much for them.

I sense that his time there had an exceptionally positive impact on his life. His language and updates improved massively and also his social skills. He was given the opportunity on a daily basis to participate in a variety of multi-sensory activities which have helped to develop his understanding of the world around him and prepare him for formal education. This is all thanks to the fantastic, knowledgable, attentive and supportive team that work at Smarty Pants. They also helped my son to become fully toilet trained. The childcare centre is well organised and managed and you sense like you are leaving your kid in secure and attentive hands. My son loved going there each day. Every step is taken by team and management to ensure the setting is spotless and secure especially since the COVID outbreak. I would not hesitate to suggest this childcare centre and I am planning to send my next kid here when she is old enough. My son attended the childcare centre for a year from the age of two to three.

Excellent childcare centre, key workers in the baby room highly informative and sensitive to needs, and encouraging behaviour to help them to reach their potential.

The toddler’s room is big with lots of different playtime areas and activities change every day. Our daughter loved her key person and talked about her at home a lot. At first, she was quite reserved and timid but she grew in self‑assurance thanks to the excellent team at Smarty Pants. I would definitely suggest! Our daughter has been highly cheerful at Smarty Pants, the carers were all highly welcoming and passionate about kids.

I find the team members to be welcoming and attentive individuals who take excellent care of my kids. I am also impressed with the childcare centre’s attention to detail with regard to my kids’s physical and verbal developments. I highly suggest Smarty Pants without any reservations. I am highly cheerful with the way my kid has developed at Smarty Pants Childcare centre.
