April 20, 2022 at 12:00 amBoth my children really love being at Sandhills Wombourne. They are both really settled. My eldest has been unwilling to attend at times, but with help from the staff, this has turned around. Staff are caring and kind to both my kids and any issues are reported to me as soon as possible. Nursery and home work together well to support the development of both children. Would happily recommend to anyone.

My little girl started just before she was one and now she is two and a half. She enjoys going, never cry’s. They have been an amazing support with her potty training. I really feel like they listen and are interested in my little girl all the time.

July 17, 2022 at 12:00 amI have always found the staff to be extremely nurturing and welcoming at Sandhills Day Nursery. My daughter especially loves her key worker, who has always been really smiley and caring. Whenever I enter the nursery room for collection, there is always lots of fun happening, and my daughter is always happily playing and engaged in an activity. They have had lots of exciting experiences over the year, like ducklings and Gary the snail! I would highly recommend the nursery to others.

He initially struggled with his speech and language development, but he has been fully supported by the team. He has come on leaps and bounds and has been encouraged by the nursery at every stage. I would thoroughly recommend Sandhills to send your child.

They have settled in and come on leaps and bounds. The bonds they have made with their key workers are amazing, and everyone is so welcoming to them.
The change I have seen in my daughters is massive, and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to take my children.

August 23, 2022 at 12:00 amMy little boy has been at the nursery for a year now and loves attending! (So did his two older sister’s that have also previously attended!). My little boy always gets his shoes on and bag ready in anticipation of the nursery. All the team at Sandhills Day Nursery are always very welcoming and friendly and get to know and understand the children well. They provide a happy and safe environment for the children to thrive in! I can highly recommend Sandhills Nursery Wombourne and its amazing team.

It’s not an easy job, but they take it in their stride.
There are a few little things I feel could be improved if I was nit-picking, but overall, no complaints at all, and I would highly recommend this nursery.

November 16, 2022 at 12:00 amThe baby room has helped my child flourish and grow into a confident and independent toddler. The staff are friendly and supportive; they also do a range of activities each day to keep my child engaged. You are kept up to date with nappy changes/sleep and food they’ve eaten that day. Would recommend this nursery to any other parent looking for that personal atmosphere.

November 23, 2022 at 12:00 amI am overwhelmed by how amazing this nursery has been so far. My son has only recently started, and the team there have been super welcoming.
The updates and photos I receive during his day there are very reassuring that he’s having an amazing time.
He has formed a lovely relationship with his key worker, which I am so so thankful for.
I can imagine it’s a very difficult job, but everyone there is so warm and kind and do an amazing job.

April 17, 2023 at 12:00 amBoth our little girls love Sandhills Day Nursery Wombourne; they’re always happy to be dropped off with lots of smiles. Staff are always cheerful and approachable. We love that the children get to spend time outdoors (weather permitting). We made use of the discounted extra sessions this month (March) – it was very useful, and we would like to see more of these if possible!

July 12, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son has just started this nursery and completed all of his settling-in days with ease, along with his first full day.
Since he started Sandhills, I have had nothing but positive comments on the nursery and the staff who go above and beyond on a daily basis in their role to not only develop the children but to build a fantastic relationship with them. All of the staff I have met are very personable and can’t do any enough to ensure that children are looked after to high standards. Staff regularly update the associated app with pictures and information such as food eaten, nap times and what the children have done throughout the day, which is very beneficial for parents.
Also, a lovely picturesque village where the nursery is set.
I’m very pleased that I chose this nursery for my son.

July 12, 2023 at 12:00 amSandhills Day Nursery Wombourne is an incredible nursery. The staff are more than practitioners – they’re more like family and are our support system. Only today, on drop off, four practitioners that are not in our daughter’s nursery room asked how she was feeling as they had heard that she was under the weather yesterday, for example. Everyone greets our daughter by name on the door in the morning – it’s a very personal environment, which gives us the reassurance that our daughter is very well looked after. The level of care is wonderful, the catering is nutritional and varied (5-star a la carte menu!), and our daughter is thriving. Her development is often commented on by family and friends as her speech, motor and social skills are very well developed for her young age. The ‘over and above’ services are wonderful – Mother’s and Father’s Day events make us feel very included as parents, and the app updates are regular and give us peace of mind. Cannot recommend enough.

All staff are extremely friendly, and would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s thinking of sending their children here. Our little girl always comes back and shows us what she’s learnt in the day and has really come on since going to nursery.

July 12, 2023 at 12:00 amSandhills have been incredible with my son. I’m a disabled parent, and they make accommodations for me. We use the 15 free hours a week, but there’s no pressure to bring him in if I’m not able to. Their staff are really positive and engaged, very trustworthy.

The team are caring and always make an effort with my daughter as well as ensuring her needs are met. I’m really pleased with the progress she’s making from a development and social aspect. Particular mentions go to the staff in Mr. Smalls and Mr. Messy who go above and beyond.
