Sandhills Day Nursery Wombourne

The team are more than practitioners – they’re more like family and are our assistance system. Only today, on drop off, four practitioners that are not in our daughter’s childcare centre room asked how she was feeling as they had heard that she was under the weather yesterday, for example. Everyone greets our daughter by name on the door in the morning – it’s a highly personal setting, which gives us the reassurance that our daughter is highly well looked after. The level of care is fantastic, the catering is nutritional and varied (5-star a la carte menu!), and our daughter is thriving. Her development is often commented on by family and friends as her speech, motor and social skills are highly well developed for her young age. The ‘over and above’ services are fantastic – Mother’s and Father’s Day events make us sense highly included as parents, and the app updates are regular and give us peace of mind. Cannot suggest enough. Sandhills Day Childcare centre Wombourne is an incredible childcare centre.

I’m a disabled parent, and they make accommodations for me. We use the 15 free hours a week, but there’s no pressure to bring him in if I’m not able to. Their team are truly positive and engaged, highly trustworthy. Sandhills have been incredible with my son.

They have settled in and come on leaps and bounds. The bonds they have made with their key workers are incredible, and everyone is so welcoming to them.
The change I have seen in my daughters is massive, and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to take my kids. My daughters have been attending the childcare centre now for nine months.

The team are attentive and consistently make an effort with my daughter as well as ensuring her needs are met. I’m truly pleased with the development she’s making from a development and social aspect. Particular mentions go to the team in Mr. Smalls and Mr. Messy who go above and beyond. My daughter has been attending Sandhills Day Childcare centre Wombourne since she was nine months and absolutely loves it.

All team are compassionate and approachable. When my kid struggles with elements of childcare centre or skills, the childcare centre consistently offers a positive and appropriate approach to ensure we overcome this factors. Consistently attentive and informative about my kid’s development.

My son has only recently started, and the team there have been super welcoming.
The updates and photos I receive during his day there are highly reassuring that he’s having an incredible time.
He has formed a lovely relationship with his key worker, which I am so so thankful for.
I can imagine it’s a highly difficult job, but everyone there is so inviting and compassionate and do an incredible job. I am overwhelmed by how incredible this childcare centre has been so far.

All of the team I have met are highly personable and can’t do any enough to ensure that kids are looked after to high standards. Team regularly update the associated app with pictures and information such as food eaten, nap times and what the kids have done throughout the day, which is highly beneficial for parents.

I’m highly pleased that I chose this childcare centre for my son. My son has just started this childcare centre and completed all of his settling-in days with ease, along with his first full day.
Since he started Sandhills, I have had nothing but positive comments on the childcare centre and the team who go above and beyond on a daily basis in their role to not only develop the kids but to build a remarkable relationship with them.

It’s not an easy job, but they take it in their stride.
There are a few little things I sense could be improved if I was nit-picking, but overall, no complaints at all, and I would highly suggest this childcare centre. The updates is stellar, the ladies are lovely, and the facilities are spot-on.

My daughter especially loves her key worker, who has consistently been truly smiley and attentive. Whenever I enter the childcare centre room for collection, there is consistently lots of enjoyable happening, and my daughter is consistently happily playing and engaged in an activity. They have had lots of exciting experiences over the year, like ducklings and Gary the snail! I would highly suggest the childcare centre to others. I have consistently found the team to be exceptionally nurturing and welcoming at Sandhills Day Childcare centre.
