Playschool Nursery (Welwyn Garden City)

Once my son changed the childcare centre, the new childcare centre were cheerful to assistance me in this task, so not clear why they could not do it.
The kid was often returned dirty, I had to raise this on numerous occasions, but it did not seem to work. Team wear long fake nails so not clear how they manage to take care of kids.
My son’s key worker was changed but we were never introduced until we eventually left the childcare centre. Names were constantly misspelt in emails, I reported issues in the childcare centre but they were acted upon only after a month of chasing.
Team are constantly changing and are inexperienced, the manager changed 3 times in less than a 9 month period.
I was unhappy and filed official complaint, childcare centre director forgot about it and tried to resolve issues by saying that I better leave the setting. Childcare centre director flatly refused to allow my son to be potty trained as she personally considered it unhygienic and explained that they do not do potty training in the under-2 room.
