November 2, 2018 at 12:00 amMy son has attended this nursery for three years and he absolutely loves it. Always eager to attend and has learnt so much in his time here. We have already put our newborn on the list to attend this nursery next year. The staff are brilliant and are always ready to help you.
I am more than happy to recommend this nursery.

March 1, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been at this nursery since August 2020. With the first lockdown ending we thought it would be a great opportunity to get her in at 1 year 1 month old. The settling in sessions were great with feedback to myself and my partner on how she was getting on.
I won’t name any individual staff that stand out as I would have to name them all. Everyone welcomes our daughter at the beginning of the day so nicely and the same with goodbyes. She has developed so well over the past 7 months and I can see week on week all the brilliant things she picks up from the nursery.
Every morning I say to her, would you like to go to nursery and she says yes and gets super excited, proof is in her expressions. She loves it there!
The nursery provides a wide variety of foods and snacks. We also didn’t have a good sleeping pattern when enrolling with the nursery and she within 1 month would take her nap in a nursery surrounded by others with no problem, it’s great. Bonus, there’s a gym and pool!

March 1, 2021 at 12:00 amWe absolutely love the nursery and the staff, and we think it is a brilliant place for little ones. Children are allowed to be children here, which is crucial for child development. Staff are very relaxed and nurturing – just exactly what children need. They are extremely patient, gentle and loving towards the children which I think makes all the difference.
Our son has been going to the nursery for more than a year and he is growing into a confident, young boy. Before he started at Nuffy Bear, we went for a tour to a few other private nurseries and we saw a huge difference. It is the staff that makes a nursery so homely, and all the staff here have a motherly feel to them. All staff is quite loving! We believe children get drawn towards love – our son talks about the staff members very often which shows something very positive about their approach. We drop our son without any worry and we don’t know what we would do without them

The staff are very friendly and always willing to give us more info about how the day went for our son. We are very pleased and we couldn’t have asked for a better nursery. We have seen great development in our son.

March 1, 2021 at 12:00 amMy son went to Nuffy Bear and now my daughter goes. We get on with all the staff and they all take care of our children. They adapted to the kid’s diets, take them to the dance room and make paintings with them at Christmas and Valentine’s Day. They helped my son with his colours when he struggled and they loved going to nursery, which makes it easier for us.

She has made so much progress with her development which is all down to the fantastic staff, who put so much time and effort into all of the children there.

He was a covid baby and the staff at nursery have helped him grow into such a confident little boy. The care shown by all staff members is fantastic and we are really pleased we chose to send him to this nursery.

I love seeing my son happily go in each day he’s there, and he’s flourished since starting in January. Seeing how much confidence he has gained over a short amount of time shows just how great this nursery is! I would highly recommend Nuffy Bear if anyone is thinking of sending their child to nursery.

June 27, 2023 at 12:00 amSince starting at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery, my daughter has developed so much more confidence, loves interacting with the other children and has built some very strong bonds with the staff. She is excited for nursery in the morning and goes straight to the staff for a cuddle. As a parent I feel extremely reassured by seeing these bonds, I always get a thorough handover at the end of the day and all of the staff are always extremely helpful with any queries I have. All meals provided are healthy and nutritious and the activities my daughter takes part in are always varied, encouraging her to develop both creatively and academically. I would absolutely recommend Nuffy Bear as a wonderful, safe, and nurturing place.

Every day he runs to the front door and is always greeted with a smile and enthusiasm.
The staff are wonderful and always take their time with handover.
The nursery has helped my little boy become confident, willing to share and he is learning new skills each day.
I look forward to the rest of his journey at Nuffy Bear.

June 27, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son attended Nuffy Bear Day Nursery for approx. 2 years before starting school, and he absolutely loved it, which made it a very easy choice for my daughter’s nursery.
My daughter is always excited and looks forward to attending nursery. She loves telling me all about the activities she gets up to, such as her weekly swimming lesson, this has proven invaluable as it has built her confidence in the water significantly.
The staff are all polite and caring, and even take time to plait her hair after swimming or put it in different styles, something I find quite sweet and my daughter loves.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nuffy Bear Day Nursery to any prospective parents

I looked at a lot of the reviews here to help me choose the right nursery for my daughter along with Ofsted and the visits. I’m so glad we chose Nuffy. My daughter loves it and runs in every morning without looking back. She has formed wonderful attachments and relationships with the staff there who are always lovely, kind, happy, supportive and wonderful. She eats some amazing food options which is different every week, gets nursery photos, makes birthday cards, mothers Day and fathers Day cards and dances. She has the best days, so much so that when we go swimming she immediately wants to go in for another day there! I couldn’t recommend Nuffy Bear enough.

She’s developing quickly and the nursery takes good care of her. There are regular updates on the child and their development.
I am quite happy and I would recommend the nursery.

August 23, 2023 at 12:00 amI have known the Nuffy Bear Day Nursery since 2017, and now it is my younger child attending it. All the team are very caring, loving, and so knowledgeable in the areas of childcare, safeguarding, first aid, just to list a few. My son joined the nursery when he was 15 months old. He had been a shy little boy but has now built good relationships with other kids, opening up and joining in the activities. All of this could not have happened without so much support and encouragement from the Nuffy Bear staff. My son took some time to learn the nursery rules, but has now taken all these good habits home. Many thanks to all the team for taking so much time to explain to him over and over again the things, giving precious lessons, which he has internalised. We have also received great help from the nursery when it comes to recognising speech difficulties and promoting the development of linguistic skills. I could not think of a better place to care for the little ones.
