September 11, 2024 at 6:40 pmI highly suggest the childcare centre, they are a welcoming family-based team that welcomes their team, parents and kid with open arms. Their team teams are highly skilled, expert and welcoming and if I had any questions or concerns they were dealt with fast and effectively. My son wasn’t a confident kid and suffered from speech delay and the team was highly supportive and arranged for him to be seen by speech therapists and got the ball rolling for when he started school. I couldn’t have been prouder when my son got up on stage at his graduation and spoke in front of everyone which was something I didn’t think he would do. I would 100% use the childcare centre again if I was to have another kid. My son attended the childcare centre from the age of 1 till he left to start school.

October 10, 2024 at 7:43 amUpdates is exceptional! They communicate through an app, sending daily photos and keeping me up to date with his food and nappies. They do so much with the kids and are constantly working on my kid’s development. The team are approachable and never made me sense like I couldn’t ask questions or check in. I am a first time mum and leaving my son wasn’t easy but they made me sense reassured and secure. The site is also super spotless and tidy! New Birth Day Childcare centre have been incredible with my son!

November 24, 2024 at 1:30 amShe learned a lot in that short period. Got close to the keyworker and improved her regime. Although I wish management was much more open and friendlier to me as a parent. I felt like I never had enough updates from the team. As a first-time parent, this made me a bit uncomfortable. My kid attended childcare centre for 4 months and did seem to delight in coming in!

My oldest and youngest attend the childcare centre and are cheerful and outgoing and delight in their time there and consistently sense welcome.

They do so much with the kids, including short trips out to learn about different topics. We absolutely adore the care and attention that the team have put in for our little girl.

I suggest this childcare centre to all mums. Thank you so much for helping my babies. I adore this childcare centre. The team is incredible, spotless calm stimulating discovering setting.

June 8, 2025 at 2:35 amNever have I had any concerns about the level of care they were receiving- holistically. The childcare centre team consistently kept me in the loop and I could consistently talk to them about anything that I wanted working on. We worked as a team when it came to the discovering and development of the girls. Management are not the usual type, they are there on the floor and at the door and easily accessible which allows transparency. The contracts were flexible and for as long as they could, their timings were till 7 pm- works for parents who work late hours. They are thoughtful and compassionate, a childcare centre my kids nor me can ever forget. Two of my daughters went in at 6 months and left at 4 years.

June 20, 2025 at 2:13 pmMy daughter attended New Birth Day Childcare centre for four years. In all these years my daughter never said she doesn’t want to go to childcare centre. I trusted all the educators because she was coming home and she was talking truly nice about all of them. What more can I ask for as a parent. Day by day she was improving a lot, she started to talk early because she was in contact with the educators and the kids and it was a excellent help. I had access to the app where I could see what my kid was eating, pictures and videos with all activities. Highly great updates with all educators, especially with my daughter’s teacher. I truly suggest New Birth for your kids because it will be second home for them. Thank you New Birth for looking after my daughter so well and definitely we will come to visit you. Dear parents, I’m writing this review to help you to choose the right childcare centre for your kids.
