Nelly's Nursery - Rosendale Road

Our experience so far has been excellent. All the staff has always been very friendly and cooperative to make our daughter feel welcome and cherished. From our point of view the nursery has a great plan for the physical and intellectual development of its children, multiple activities are presented in this sense. The food menu is varied and according to the nutritional needs of our children. The staff always try to give us as much information as possible, personally or via App. The only thing we would like to know better are the facilities but we understand that due to the pandemic situation this is not possible.

My daughter loves her time at Nelly’s Nursery – Rosendale Road. I drop her off and she doesn’t look back as she is so excited to run in and play. I think the regular updates via the app are great. I know my daughter is very fond of her key worker and staff. I also feel she is learning a lot from the activities that take place. Very happy with the nursery.

Nelly’s Nursery – Rosendale Road is an exceptional nursery, one which cares superbly for the children and really makes them feel at home. Both of my sons have attended the nursery and my eldest still speaks fondly of his time there. Connections between key workers and the children are securely built and the facilities the nursery offers are way above others in the area. The nursery has seen some internal promotions which has made a very positive improvement. There is lots of space for the children to run around and they have access to the main hall too which makes such a difference. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is thinking of sending their little ones.

I couldn’t recommend Nelly’s at Rosendale Road enough. They have been absolutely brilliant in working around our needs, especially during the pandemic they have done everything they can to support our family. My daughter loves it and adores the team – she is always so happy at drop off and pick up. The team are lovely and really go above and beyond for the little ones. Great location and beautiful building with loads of indoor space to play and have fun for the older ones – and a beautiful separate room for the babies.

My son started when he was 1 during the pandemic as I had to return to work. He settled in instantly which put me at ease. He’s always keen and excited to go and see his friends. He’s learnt a lot since being there and he’s saying lots more! The staff and management team are amazing and very accommodating. Nelly’s Rosendale is in a great location and the facilities are superb.

Really friendly staff who take a real interest in my child and have really supported them as they have grown. My child really likes the mixed age groups and has best friends aged 2 and 4. The staff provides a range of activities based on my child’s interests and they get a lot out of them. Communication is really good and the online portal is really useful for keeping me up to date and is really well used by the staff.

A really lovely nursery! The staff were always so welcoming, warm and friendly and although he didn’t seem to have much of an attachment to his key worker, the other staff in the nursery seemed to genuinely bond with and care for our little boy. I looked around so many nurseries in Dulwich before deciding on Nelly’s Nursery, the learning environment was the most interesting with a big hall space for the children to burn off energy and a fun and stimulating set up, especially in the 2+ room where it really looked like time had been taken to make the tables and activities look fun and appealing to the children.

As I expected there were some tears and wobbles when my son was initially settling in but he soon would walk into nursery happily without looking back at me, eager to play with his friends and the toys, which was such a great feeling to then continue my day knowing he was happy and busy. Thank you Nelly’s Nursery for a positive nursery experience and for helping prepare our son for school.

My daughter absolutely loves Nelly’s Nursery – Rosendale Road. She really likes the staff and adores her key person. I see the bond they create with all the children, and all of them seem really happy. I am really glad I chose Nellys; my daughter’s development has been excellent.

I was so anxious about finding my son a nursery, and as soon as I visited Nelly’s, I knew it was the right one for him.
The staff are amazing and so caring – my son has learnt so much and grown as an individual since he has been going. Knowing he is so well looked after and loved is all a mother can ask for.
Can’t recommend it enough.

Lovely setting with lots of space and activities to choose from. Play area with bikes and running space. Staff are always nice to talk to and will tell me about her day. The food looks ok and she always eats everything. I see the nursery one time a week when I collect but she never wants to come with me due to the fun she has.
