You can easily see that they truly care about each child and their individual growth. My daughter has learned so much and I am now confident that she is ready to begin preschool, all thanks to the hard work of her exceptional key people.
I have visited many nurseries in the area over the past few years and nothing comes close to N Family in terms of the quality of teaching, dedication of the team and cleanliness/comfort of the actual setting.

The facilities and the approach are exactly what we’re looking for (modern, airy, varied curriculum with attention to child’s personality). The team is great, so caring and kind. We feel that they bring their hearts to their jobs. Our daughter settled in quickly, she continues to develop there at pace and comes home happy and smiling. It’s such a great peace of mind to know that she is looked after so well. Oh, and the food looks great!

March 2, 2023 at 12:00 amOur son had attended N Family Club, Twickenham since he was 13 months old (starting in October 2021). We have been so impressed and happy with the nursery, he receives amazing care from all the staff who really take the time to understand each child as an individual. We feel confident dropping him off every morning and know we will pick him up smiling after a day of engaging and fun activities. The outdoor garden space is a real plus and all support staff and managers are fantastic with great communication and parent engagement.

March 21, 2023 at 12:00 amSince day 1 the staff at N Family Club has greatly cared about my son. He has been welcomed and taken care of very well. My son enjoys going to the nursery every day. He has gained confidence and he has developed his gross and fine motor skills very fast. The communication channel between the N Family team and the parents is very efficient. As parents, we are kept informed of all the activities that the children do on a daily basis. The nursery’s app is the best!

I especially love that they make so much effort on bringing the older children out on excursions to build up an N passport – giving them real world experiences which is very creative.

Our child is in three days a week and enjoys it! As a parent, I like the photos and updates as I know she is settled.

March 22, 2023 at 12:00 amStaff in the tiger’s room has been amazing on my daughter’s transition in the calls as well as when she changed room. She is a very good room lead and amazing educator. Another member of staff helped my daughter a lot when her previous key person left. Bears room staff are very enthusiastic as well. The good options look really good and the nursery smells so nice of food every time they are cooking.

March 22, 2023 at 12:00 amThe nursery has gone from strength to strength since it first opened in 2020. They have taken on a lot of feedback from parents over time, and we are certainly reaping the benefits of these bold constructive conversations! There have been a number of class-only outings, initiatives on weekends with the parents, wonderful in-class events (Halloween, Christmas, spa days – complete with rose petals and cucumber slices), and everything in between! They are truly helping us raise such kind, thoughtful and well-rounded children. The relationships our littles are forming with peers and teachers is truly something special, and we are going to be so sad to leave in September with the reception year intake.

2 year old loves every day there, has made lots of friends and development is great. She eats well and is clearly cared for.
