N Family Club - Stoke Newington, Defoe Road

The team are just fantastic – all well‑informed, well-trained, attentive and creative: excellent communicators and collaborators with parents which is so important and hard to find. Our 3-year-old son loves it – he goes in cheerful every day – and we adore the app they use to keep us updated through the day with photos. It’s super-easy to communicate with the team through the app so confusion is minimal – also pretty hard to find in a childcare centre!

The building, facilities and toys are all scrupulously spotless and beautifully designed. Everything is super-organised with proper systems in place and the location is perfect for park trips. (This is important as the outside space is limited – which is the main drawback). The food is also remarkable – puts our home menu to shame! It’s been tough through Covid not having the connection that you would usually have with the ‘N‘club’ for parents, but we hope the parties, workshops and weekend activities will become normal again. I can tell you that it is not just about the decoration, and the price is not the same, because the level is so not the same. The N Family Club is really a family. They do care for your kids as they would care for a family member. They are loving, and so very well trained, and up to the best standards in terms of education and care. They will provide the best advice for you and your kids. They will notice small details, keep you posted on everything, and make sure you and your kids are doing well. I am a very stressed person, and they consistently are so understanding. There are two key workers who are our favourites, but the all team is so excellent and you can see that they adore what they are doing. I am also cheerful to know that N Family treats and pays their employees well, this is also very important for us as parents to know that no one is left in the process of getting the world to a better place. We have experienced classic childcare centre and thought the difference with the N Family Club would only be about the decoration and the price.

Incredible care for the kids from delicious food, to forest school and an array of outdoor activities. The team are so encouraging and assistance the kids in exploring activities they are most interested in, alongside the classroom’s focus for the week. Drop-offs are consistently a cheerful occasion! Fantastic and enriching setting run by the most loving and dedicated team.

Both of our kids have attended, with our youngest still there.
The team at N adore the kids and nurture their sense of individuality providing them with a excellent stepping stone into formal education.
The food is excellent – if a bit fancy but, don’t let that put you off, they find ways to get even the fussiest of eaters to delight in their meals. The equipment is constantly being updated with the latest toys/educational tools and the team seem to genuinely delight in their roles and adore the kids. Baking Fridays is a highlight of my son’s week and he loves showing off what he has made with his friends.
I would have no hesitation in recommending N Family club. N is a fabulous childcare centre.

From drop off to pick up you are kept informed of all the exciting things your kids are up to in a enjoyable, welcoming way, focusing on each kid. There is lots of emphasis on creativity and supporting kids’s personal and emotional development. My son loves his key person who is attentive, enjoyable and focuses on his specific development needs – as well as having lots of enjoyable together! He has a excellent bond with her (and the other team) and drop-offs, settling and even the adjustment post-COVID has been really smooth because of the excellent relationships they have built. The management team have been remarkable from the beginning – more recently done an incredible job supporting through COVID – we felt really well informed throughout (thank you to the excellent manager and team!). The setup inside is excellent – focused on secure, creative playtime, encouraging constant development. The healthy, varied food puts our home efforts to shame! We adore it! N Family Club Defoe Road is a remarkable family childcare centre.

My daughter loves it here! It is a fantastic childcare centre, the food served is delicious and the front-of-house team are very welcoming and accommodating. A fantastic childcare centre with incredible team who go above and beyond every day!

The practitioners are fantastic; nurturing and attentive. The education is everything you could ask for, creative and inspiring, including taking as many opportunities as possible to visit the local wilderness for forest school. The childcare centre setting is exceptional and the food outstanding. Thoroughly suggest. Our son has been in attendance at N Family Club since early 2018 and we have nothing but positive words to say.

She likes going, she is particularly enthusiastic about the Forest school and the trips to the park. From pictures posted on the app and what our daughter tells us, emerge that all activities are well organised and enjoyable for the kids. She enjoys the N extras as Yoga, Cooking, Spanish, but also the colouring and storytelling. The team are welcoming and expert, during these special circumstances they have been supportive and informative. Entrance and pick up protocol allow to keep social distancing and at the same time dedicated personal attention to every kid and parent. We adore childcare centre, I can not be happier for my daughter, especially now over 3 years.

We can’t suggest this childcare centre more highly. Our daughter loves it there. The team are skilled, enthusiastic and welcoming. They eat better than us! Forest school trips each day, yoga and Spanish as extras. Outstanding.
