N Family Club - Stoke Newington, Church Street

The team have made us sense very welcome and (so far) there hasn’t been any tears at drop-off! It’s quite a big thing leaving your kids with somebody but I have no anxiety whatsoever once the manager takes my daughter inside. I’m very cheerful. We put our baby daughter in at 6 months old which was a little younger than what we were planning, but right away during the settling sessions, she was completely at ease.

The spaces have been designed with so much thought and consideration, and all the toys are so well chosen. Every single member of team I have met is so welcoming, expert and enthusiastic, and my son clearly loves them all. The food is healthy but varied and my son seems to eat everything that he turns his nose up at whilst at home! They celebrate a really diverse calendar of events and occasions which is really important to us. The childcare centre is extremely spotless and well looked after, and there is excellent updates through an online app to keep you fully updated on all general communications, procedures and real-time updates in relation to what your kid has been up to that day. I would really highly suggest N Family Club. N Family Club is a fantastic childcare centre, with really exceptional people running it.

The settling in process, especially in the context of Covid-19 was handled with care and very great updates. Our kid’s key person seems outstanding, she communicates very well about both our kid’s development and more detailed information about the activities of the day. We have recently started our kid at this childcare centre and have been so welcomed!

All of the team are so inviting and expert – they engage with all the parents/grandparents and learn everyone’s names. The kids go on to the rooftop garden every day and do lots of different discovering activities. My daughter started at thirteen months, consistently breastfed to sleep and quite an observant kid. The team were exceptional at settling her in. She now is much more confident, has learnt to walk and naps independently 2.5 hours some days! She smiles and waves to her friends and the team every morning. The team go above and beyond to help celebrate your culture/traditions. They have a different country to focus on each month and recording devices with words in different languages. We have brought in items from home that they have created activities around. They have thought of everything, from homemade breakfast for parents to a family wall of photos. I am envious of the menu and my daughter eats seconds every day! She absolutely loves it there and happily walks in each morning – in fact, she picks up her rucksack and stands by our door shouting “go!” The setting is stimulating and very active. 18 month old loves the range of activities from painting, imaginative playtime, music sessions to making her own pizza! The sensory tray, which changes daily, is a favourite. Spending time outdoors each day is hugely important to us – and we have not been disappointed in N Family Club – the kids playtime in the garden or go to the park no matter the weather. The educators and team (front of house, managers and cooks) are fantastic – they provide a nurturing and compassionate setting and consistently greet the kids with a big smile on their faces. We couldn’t be happier with the team at Church Street – and highly suggest N Family Club. Our daughter started at N Family Club full-time when she was 12-months old.

That can’t have been easy, and we are very impressed by the team’s ability to create a inviting and enjoyable setting while at the same being very strict and careful about the measures in place. The space is lovely, the food served is of great quality and very diverse, and updates is very great through the app and by email. Our daughter loves going to this childcare centre five days a week, and we would strongly suggest them without hesitation. The opening of N Family’s branch on Church Street was greatly delayed by the epidemic and has had to implement a series of safety protocols from day one.

Our daughter loves it! It is a real pleasure to see her going to the childcare centre with a big smile on her face! Educators are very attentive and she loves playing with them! Excellent childcare centre, with the best and most attentive team.

The team are all genuinely cheerful and energetic at both dropoff and pickup. You can sense they are all truly invested in each kid, and it’s lovely that, despite covid, they place a huge emphasis on debriefing at pickup about your kid’s day. The app updates are a real highlight each day too!
We were at another childcare centre and were unhappy with their unwillingness to build much rapport or improve their vegetarian food for our son. So, it was all the more incredible to move our son to N Family Club and address everything that mattered to us. Their sustainable, vegetarian-welcoming menu is a big draw and they adore to hear feedback, I genuinely sense listened to.
We are sure we’ll never find a childcare centre like this when we leave the area, thank you for being such excellent partners in raising our son. It’s been a pleasure to see our son grow and excel during his time at N Family Club.

The facilities are stunning but the quality truly comes down to the team who show so much care and assistance. The activities they do with the kids are varied, creative and incredible (art, sensory playtime, cooking to name but a few). Also as a parent, I really appreciate the time the team gives me each day to tell me about my son’s day. Fantastic childcare centre setting.

To my relief, our journey at N Family Club Stoke Newington has been absolutely exceptional since our son’s very first settling at the childcare centre in March 2021. The team are remarkable – both those involved in the day to day attentive for our son and those who help run the childcare centre smoothly (front of team, management etc). Our son’s days are jam-packed with activities we simply couldn’t offer at home (sensory sessions, messy playtime, baking, reading, music, park visits and more) and it’s been an eye-opener to us that a great childcare centre setting isn’t a secondary option to being at home full time with a parent, but actually can be a hugely stimulating and developmental setting in its own right. We couldn’t suggest N Family Club and the team at Church Street more highly. Most parents sense a level of anxiety when first leaving their kid in a kid care setting.
