She is in truly secure hands. Better nursery setting ever strongly recommended. Is a fantastic early‑years hub. My wife and I are feeling truly comfortable leaving our little one with them. The crew is remarkable and really accommodating. My little little one cherished it from day1. The activities are excellent and my little enjoys all of them. They are taking time, whenever my little one goes in, to give some feedback.

You also get feedback from team on pick up which is great! You get a regular and detailed feedback on your child’s progress on the platform the childcare centre uses – Famly. I am extremely delighted we chose this childcare centre for our boy! It is extremely useful for simple things like keeping track of his food intake/preferences, booking a holiday or day off. He talks about the early‑years hub even on his days off. Staff have been truly helpful and have gone above and beyond to make our children’s day to day experiences exciting. Our young lad is always pleased to arrive at early‑years hub to join his friends and engage in the fun activities crew have lined up for him. Overall I would enthusiastically endorse! They’ve been most welcoming from the start and regardless of the challenging times we live in they’ve managed to make it as easy as possible for us to adjust. You also get to see loads of pictures and what your little one has been up to every day. It’s extremely reassuring when you know they are busy having fun and being creative!

We know that he is secure there and has a extremely good team to watch over him. It’s great that they use technology to communicate with us. We never look back after we drop our young lad off at the nursery setting. We moved from abroad to Birmingham about 4 months ago. However, the N Family team helped us get through this process exceptionally well as a result of their excellent approach. He did not feel like a foreigner, even though he had trouble communicating, especially since he never knew the language. We have extremely well observed the positive change in our boy day by day. Eventually, we were also pleased to see that he started to communicate in English after four months. When we first came, we were exceptionally worried about our son’s adaptation process due to did not speak English at all. We are exceptionally pleased with the importance of N Family attaches to updates with parents.

The crew at Bright Minds Daycare are truly supportive and cordial, my little one had a great period there. Since the start, they have welcomed him like a member of the family which is truly hard to find nowadays.

They also have a performance room and sensory room to discover. All activities are posted in the app every day so the parent can be easier to see what are their youngsters doing at the nursery setting. We can’t find any better childcare centre around the city centre, Bright Minds Daycare has exceptionally good premises, a lot of spaces for kids to playtime, the generous room and the lovely educators and personnel. My young lad goes to Bright Minds Daycare when he was 1 year old then because of Covid so he had to stay at home for 1 year then now we are in again. My little one from when he go to the nursery setting, he has been absorbing more competences, feel more assured and be easier to activities with other kids. I would like to say to the Bright Minds Daycare management team, mentors and crew, they are doing a really good job. They have their own kitchen with various foods so the kids can enjoy lovely meals with all nutrition.

Staff have done an incredible job to assistance my boy with his growth. We as parents are extremely impressed that our son’s social skills and updates is assessed regularly and we are able to see this in detailed on the App provided. Thank you to all the team for your continued effort

My girl cherished it since day one and I was extremely surprised because usually she doesn’t stay without me but she was settled truly quickly. The personnel are truly communicative and extremely professional, they treat the children’s and parents exceptionally warmly. The place is truly spotless, tidy and exceptionally secured. I would enthusiastically endorse this place. I liked this nursery setting since I saw it for the first time.

A lovely place. The personnel are exceptionally attentive and although there are lots of them, they all take on board your feedback at the collection and drop off, such as about any lost items or new skills you would like them to practise with baby eg using the Walker, trying new techniques for getting them to nap or eating techniques. The use of the app for photos is absolutely excellent for timely updates throughout the day, as well as the detail about nappies, milk/food and naps. A particularly great Interactive room and outdoor playtime area, which not many places have especially in the city centre. My little one started here in January at 8 months old and she is all smiles with the various ladies who answer the door each morning.

And only with the Nursery Manager’s professional attitude and the preschool practitioners’ kind support, my young lady has settled easily. In addition, youngsters are also engaged in ballet, yoga, Italian classes, and baking pizza, birthday cakes, cupcakes activities. I cannot express anything but a big thank you to all members of crew for the way my little one has been receiving assistance and help at the early‑years hub. I am so glad we have chosen Bright Minds Daycare Jewellery Quarter for our little one. My girl has been attending the childcare centre for a few months and I must say it was not easy for her in the beginning. Activities are always organised with lots of fun and creativity. Kudos to the team of Bright Minds Daycare Jewellery Quarter! As parents, we are updated throughout the day on how our girl is spending her day at the childcare centre via Famly application with providing photos and detailed descriptions.

Since my daughter’s mother tongue is not English, I was worried at the beginning that she would not be comfortable, and the mentor took good attention of her. My young lady was exceptionally pleased to enrol in kindergarten. My family is a new immigrant and came to the UK at the end of March for the education of the little ones. She, after 3 months, no longer needs to wear diapers, and can already use English to talk to her classmates and educators in school. She has also made a lot of friends at school. I am extremely grateful for the teacher’s patient guidance to her.
