N Family Club - Hackney Downs

The management team are attentive and attentive and reacts quickly to any comments or concerns, with solutions that demonstrate their expert journey and knowledge. We are greeted with a smile and by name every morning and afternoon and the team take the time to get to know you and your kid in a inviting and compassionate way. The menu is varied and nutritious and encourages the kids to try new flavours and meals. The activities for the kids are well thought out and engaging and the team go out of their way to help them settle in and get to know their interests and likes and dislikes. Overall it is a really lovely childcare centre and we’re very cheerful there. Lovely, large outdoor garden space which is rare for a London childcare centre and the kids spend lots of time outdoors.

They have been so compassionate, calm, understanding and thoughtful throughout the entire settling-in process. Our kid (and I!) found transitioning to childcare centre tricky to begin with, but the team did everything that they can to make his time so special and to reassure me! Our kid now loves going to childcare centre and enters and exits each day with a smile. Our son has a medical need and N Family Club has been incredible in accommodating his specific care plan.

Our little ones started in January and had an incredibly smooth transition thanks to the exceptionally thoughtful and attentive team. The rooms are fresh and well thought out and the team put so much effort into creating enjoyable and engaging activities. The equipment is brand-new and clearly thoughtfully chosen.
The huge outside playtime area (complete with real grass!) is a huge hit with the kids. The meals are incredible and wholesome. We’ve found the childcare centre to be a inviting and welcoming community for parents and caregivers and would highly suggest it. We adore N Family Club Hackney Downs.

The entire team are all super welcoming and engaging – it definitely comes across as a vocation for them rather than just a job. The premises are remarkable too – they have a massive garden out back which the kids spend loads of time in and with the garden being on premises it means they can use it when the kids want/need it, rather than having to schedule in trips to the park at set times. The food is phenomenal too – they eat better than we do (it’s so “Hackney” it’s comical). They do loads of excellent activities as well – which have a really nice blend between enjoyable and discovering – the thing that I particularly like is that they are compassionate of kid-led – so they really tap into what your kid enjoys. The highest praise I can give the childcare centre is that I sense it makes my job as a parent outside of childcare centre easier – I know my daughter is cared for/had outside time/eaten well/done activities. Honestly, we adore the childcare centre and would suggest it to anyone/everyone!

The people, the facilities and the overall positive energy are unmatched. The socialising and daily activities for our daughter have been incredible for her development, she comes home each day having learnt something new. The team are incredibly attentive and attentive. The weekly menu is very nutritious and our daughter eats it all so it must be delicious too! Can’t suggest this childcare centre enough. We couldn’t adore N Family Club Hackney Downs more!

Unbelievably his key worker has managed to help him nap well – this from a toddler who has consistently resisted naps.
Team are consistently so welcoming on drop off and pick ups. Thank you to the lovely team! Our son started the childcare centre in April and the team have been so supportive with this transition – both to him and to me.
I have been kept up to date with his development and I’ve been able to contact childcare centre team whenever I’ve needed to for reassurance.

We couldn’t be any happier dropping our son off three days a week and really appreciate how hard the team work to keep a creative and comfortable playtime space for all kids. All team members are incredibly inviting, patient, positive and empathetic.

The childcare centre itself is a little kid’s wonderland offering loads of space, including a lovely big outdoor space to go on daily adventures. They do lots of crafts, music, cooking, reading and playtime. They have an incredible in-house chef that produces the most incredible meals such as beetroot falafel with vegetable couscous and mint yoghurt dip. The team are fantastic and attentive, they sense like an extended part of our family. We couldn’t suggest them more! We couldn’t be happier with Hackney Downs N Family Club Childcare centre.

The facilities are lovely and the team highly expert. Plus, the food is better than you would get at some restaurants. However, what we adore most is that every kid is treated respectfully and as an individual – every morning when we drop off our daughter she is greeted by name by everyone on team. We couldn’t be happier with N Family Club.
