September 15, 2024 at 11:15 pmWe are super cheerful with the childcare centre – the team go above and beyond to make sure she’s cheerful and keep us as parents in the loop with her development. They have made themselves available to answer any of our questions/concerns during the settle process and beyond. The facilities are incredible – the kids get to spend a lot of time in the garden, and the indoor rooms are lovely and very well equipped. We had our first family event at Easter which was so nice to spend more time with the educators and meet other parents and kids too. Would suggest to anyone looking for a childcare centre! Our 11-month-old daughter has been attending N Family Club Balham for 2 months now.

December 26, 2024 at 7:33 pmOur daughter has already grown so much since starting in January. We were nervous going back to work and leaving but she loves it so much and gets excited every day going into ‘The Castle’. The app is outstanding and we get updates daily.
Thank you so much for everything you do – we are in admiration of you. We sense so lucky to have found N Family Club, Balham – they have the most lovely team, incredible space and the updates is exceptional.

My son has been attending N Family Club – Balham since January 2022 and I could not be happier with the facilities, warmth of the team, and overall care he receives at N Family.

January 9, 2025 at 7:43 pmOur son loves it! The team are fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better childcare centre. We trust them completely whilst he is in their care. The updates between team and parents is above and beyond and we can see the positive developments our son has made on a daily basis since starting there in Feb’22. Our son starts and ends his day at childcare centre with a smile on his face. The facilities and daily activities are excellent, the garden is remarkable and of a size we did not see at any other childcare centre in the area. Highly suggest. Exceptional!

1. The team. Every single one of them really seems to be loving their job and adore working with kids
2. All food is freshly prepared on-site
3. A massive garden area

They make every effort to ensure your kid is cheerful, discovering and having enjoyable and also try their best to put parents’ minds at ease. The facilities are impeccable, with the largest outdoor space of any childcare centre in the area, and the weekly menu for the kids is impressive. We are very cheerful with N Family Club Balham.

April 28, 2025 at 1:39 pmThe facilities are remarkable with the most incredible garden – the best we could find in the area. The food is so great as well, we are very jealous of the yummy weekly food menus we see. The team consistently go out of their way to make sure the kids and parents are all cheerful, we have recommended all our friends send their little ones there too. Our little 2yr old boy absolutely loves going to N Family in Balham, he’s so cheerful there and consistently has a big smile on his face when we drop him off & pick him up.

May 3, 2025 at 10:13 amWe specifically wanted to be at this childcare centre because of the location, the quality of the building/setup and the very large garden to playtime in.
Since day one, the team have been super incredible. They communicate well, they handle different situations with care and attention, and shown to be compassionate and flexible at times of parental stress (especially when our daughter is ill.)
The varied activities are super, and clearly have pushed our daughter’s development further. She’s super cheerful to the point that some days she doesn’t want to leave. She actually ends up being a little too tired from the enjoyable she’s getting, but that’s all fine with us to be honest because she’s cheerful.
We couldn’t be happier to be honest with our pick of nurseries. We have put our daughter in N Family Club from the start of her childcare centre journey.

May 6, 2025 at 7:54 pmAll of the workers are welcoming and attentive. They make the time to get to know you as parents as well as your kid. My son happily goes into his room every morning and straight into his key worker’s arms! The childcare centre space is the best in Balham – lots of secure, outdoor space for the kids to playtime. The childcare centre rooms are all brand new, spotless and well equipped. The curriculum incorporates Montessori as well as Forest School, both encouraging independence which I’ve really noticed the positive impact of in the 2 months my son has been attending. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough.

The settling in period was as stress-free as it could be and our little one quickly developed a relationship with the educators and his new friends. The childcare centre’s approach to discovering is exemplary and our son is thriving at the childcare centre. The kids spend a lot of time in the large outdoor playtime area where they learn about nature and develop their gross motor skills. We get daily updates on the key discovering areas and activities available to the kids which helps us understand what our son is discovering about and engaging with.
The educators in the room and management go above and beyond for our son, welcoming feedback to ensure all our needs with regard to our son’s journey at the childcare centre are met. They truly care about our son and they each have their own special relationship with him recounting stories and exchanges they have with him during pick up. Highly recommended! We couldn’t be happier with our journey with N Family Balham.

The team are incredibly attentive and compassionate, the setting created in each childcare centre room is lovely and functional, the menu is inspiring, and the large garden is something that is very hard to find in London. In the first few months at childcare centre, our son has developed quickly in many new areas and we have to credit the team and curriculum for this development. On top of that, he LOVES his key worker and others in his room and is genuinely excited to be dropped off every morning. Our son started at N Family Club when he was 11 months old.
