ontys Nursery, for children aged from 3 months to 5 years, runs in a house which has been converted to provide a spacious and safe environment for children, whilst retaining a cosy, at home feeling.
Our nursery offers home cooked meals using fresh organic produce whenever possible and all children have access to a secure, well equipped garden.

Only improvement could be that the breakfast should also be made in-house and not the standard pre made cereals, waffles etc.

December 6, 2016 at 12:00 amAll staff at Monty’s Nursery is very mindful of individual children’s needs and areas for improvement (be it behaviour, language etc.)
The setting and great outdoor space makes our son feel at home and he is always happy to arrive at creche in the morning.
If the fees are on the expensive side, the care is certainly worth it and access to plenty of fresh and healthy food (including tea) is great for our “growing” and gourmet child.

February 21, 2019 at 12:00 amReally fantastic nursery with dedicated staff. Our daughter absolutely loved going to Monty’s and she learned and developed a lot during the 2 years she attended.
It is exceptionally well-run with lovely staff to look after the children. We are a same-sex couple and they were very inclusive towards us and our daughter. I highly recommend!

The staff are fantastic – warm, professional and very focussed on achieving the best outcomes for all children. The legendary ‘cheffy’ serves the most delicious, healthy foods – both my children have developed great eating habits thanks to Monty’s. They also do exciting trips and excursions around the local area – including forest school for the older children. I would happily recommend Monty’s to anyone in Kew looking for a homely, locally-owned provider with strong community links.

He enjoyed his time there and always came out happy and smiling at the end of the day. The food provided by the chef is one of the best I have seen. The team are very caring and friendly and your child is in very good hands. I strongly recommend it. Today my son is a confident Kindergartener. Thank you Montys!

May 31, 2023 at 12:00 amMontys is a wonderful nursery and preschool which nurtures children and prepares them for life in school. The staff are amazing and have given my son the attention and care he needs to think, along with some amazing experiences with all the activities they plan. The food is varied and delicious, my son definitely eats better at Monty’s than he does at home. Overall I couldn’t recommend it more.

June 7, 2023 at 12:00 amOur son went to Montys at a year old through to preschool. He loves it there and we’re really happy with it. The preschool teacher is outstanding, he has grown in confidence and ability. It’s a small nursery, extremely nurturing and does feel like a second home to him.

July 12, 2023 at 12:00 amMontys is a loving environment that provides education through play and structured learning. I have two children there (one graduating) and I’m very pleased with the foundation of learning my pre-schooler has gone into Primary school because of Montys.
For the younger ones, you really see how quickly they grow when they join. The nursery is small enough that there is a nice balance between spending time with their own age and the bigger kids. If you have siblings there it’s a really nice way for them to bond as well.
The staff are loving and have become an extension of our family to our children. The kids love the food and come home calling ‘Mrs XX’ which makes us laugh. They celebrate all cultures and welcome you to participate.
While fairly pricy, upon reflection with one child prepping for primary school – we feel that our child is very prepared and has received an invaluable foundation for education to come.
