We have been shocked by some nurseries we visited and were so relieved to find Monkey Puzzle West Norwood. The thoughtful design and planning, resources, care plans, team, outdoor space and more mean that we sense our daughter will get the very best of care and early years education. We have chosen to send our daughter to Monkey Puzzle West Norwood as it clearly has the right ethos and level of expertise at its core.

Food is amazingly healthy and excellent, kids are being given a variety of organics and homemade food. The childcare centre accommodates kids with special dietary requirements. In addition to their five-star meals, kids have access to a climbing wall, get extra activities. i.e. yoga and Spanish lessons. There is a inviting atmosphere, team are INCREDIBLE, WELCOMING, DEDICATED. They help parents who are in a hurry to get to work (basically do your drop-offs and pick-ups, they do the rest for you). Kids learn through playtime, each Wednesday they are allowed to bring something in from home and talk about it. Parents can track the menu of the day and how much your kid ate throughout the day in addition to their daily/weekly activities. The director is a lovely, dedicated mother who has a high standard in kids’s early development. The preschool team members are fantastic. I highly suggest this childcare centre. My daughter absolutely loves it here.

Finding a suitable childcare centre in SE area was a long search until I have visited the newly open Monkey Days Childcare centre, West Norwood. The team are polite, informative about my kid’s daily activities. The childcare centre is colourful and very kid-welcoming, the set up is outstanding for a kid development at first hand and now it more apparent. This is demonstrated through my kid’s development since attending this childcare centre. As a working parent with a kid, care for my kid is of the highest importance to me.

I was very apprehensive about sending my daughter off for the first time. I had looked at many nurseries in the area and Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre West Norwood stood out high amongst the rest. The team and childcare centre director consistently show a very high level of knowledge and care towards my daughter and other kids. Their daily programs and activities go above and beyond the basics that you would expect and so many important life skills are taught to the kids through playtime and various activities throughout each day. We had many concerns during this Covid-19 phase, however the childcare centre director and her team were continually on hand to reassure us and have manged this whole process smoothly, with minimal disruption to the kids and continue to do so. I highly suggest this childcare centre. Choosing a childcare centre is never an easy task!

He’s got loads better with eating more foods and they do cooking with them. His reading has come on. They also do loads of other stuff like yoga and dance. Drop off is fine and we get lovely little smiles when he spots his new friends! There is a lovely mini-lending library. I’ve found them supportive with any questions, even if my questions seem a bit silly sometimes. We’re getting on top of toilet training now and they have been so supportive there too. Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre West Norwood has a remarkable and dedicated team, they clearly consider what our little one is interested in and how to help him develop and playtime across all areas.
