Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery West Kensington

Monkey Puzzle West Kensington is simply fantastic. My daughter has been attending since September, she’s now 2. The staff are amazing, the level of care for the children is exceptional. It has a really warm feeling and I have always felt super comfortable leaving my daughter. The staff are friendly and patient and even staff from other rooms know my daughter by name. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle West Kensington.

This is a wonderful nursery. My baby started there at just eight months old and he was the youngest in the group at the time. He was very well looked after from day one. You get the feeling that the staff really care and love their job. They have a great app for communicating and also keep track of what your child is up to throughout the day. I pick up a very happy baby at the end of each day.

My daughter is three years old now. She has been going to Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery West Kensington since she was one and a half years old. She started from baby room, then she was in toddler and now she is in preschool. It took some time for her to get used to it but now she adores Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery West Kensington and so do we as her parents. Every day at home, even on weekends she pretends she is at the nursery, she is a teacher and all toys and even us are her Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery West Kensington friends. This is so funny but at the same time very interesting because we can see exactly what is happening when our daughter is there, which games they play and what staff say. She learns a lot from there and we are very happy we chose this place for our daughter.

I would like to notice that it was the first nursery of my daughter in UK, and she is very happy here, accordingly, we are too. The manager and staff are very kind. The whole team are very polite, we feel very comfortable to leave our child with them. I would like to thank all of them for their work!

Super impressed with this nursery. We choose this nursery for our first child who was 14 months at the time which was super nerve-racking and an unfamiliar new experience for us but they have been fantastic from day 1. Our daughter is in the baby room and she absolutely loves coming here, she loves the nursery practitioners in her room, they are all brilliant with her. Well-fed every day, fantastic activities carefully planned out, outdoor play and she is allowed to explore independently too. The level of teaching and learning here is great and she has come in leaps and bounds with communication and overall development. The app also makes us feel so included as parents, with the end of the week updates, pictures, daily routine documented including nappy changes, food eaten, sleep duration. Also, we regularly get an in-depth weekly update on her development which is personalised for her and shows the dedication to each child. Brilliant nursery!

Firstly, I would 100% recommend Monkey Puzzle nursery to any parent. They are super attentive, caring and most importantly loving towards the children. The staff are amazing and professional, they take care of the children like their own – which is what makes this nursery stand out!

Having my child in a clean and safe environment is important and they provide this from the moment you step in. As a parent I feel confident in taking my child to nursery, nothing beats that feeling.

This is my son’s first nursery, and Monkey Puzzle did an amazing job settling him in. Recently, we experienced a sewage flood at home, and the nursery went the extra mile to care for my child. They offered additional days, which were extremely helpful during these stressful times. The app they use to update parents about the child’s activity is really good. Many thanks to the manager and the team for such great care.

A very well run and organised nursery. Originally chose them because they were more flexible than other local nurseries, but have since found them to also be very inclusive, diverse and professional.
Since attending, my daughter has improved noticably in her language of comprehension skills.
I rate the learning schedule they employ and communication with parents.

My son has been going to Monkey Puzzle West Kensington since he was 14 months (he’s now 26 months). We’ve found the nursery to be excellent. The staff are wonderful and management accommodating and easily contactable. It was a bit rocky to start for my son as he’d only ever been at home with me but he loves it now and has thrived immensely. He is becoming a confident kid not just at home but with other children in social situations. I feel at ease knowing he is in a safe and loving environment and well looked after. Our daughter started here as a toddler when we moved to the area and is now in preschool. The creativity of the staff and amount of activities they do always amazes me. It has contributed lots to her learning and imagination. The food is varied and somehow they manage to get her to eat things she would never try at home, which is fantastic. The hours are great for working parents and was the reason we looked at Monkey Puzzle in the first place.
