Our 2-year-old has been here for over a year and is very cheerful and settled. The team are so lovely and attentive and clearly take an interest in all the kids they look after. Our daughter is discovering so much and that is credit to the childcare centre – the structure and creativity of the day and the attentiveness of the team. We have also been so pleased with the food provided – delicious, varied home-cooked food – we sampled some at an event and were very impressed.
I would not hesitate in recommending this childcare centre to anyone! We absolutely adore this childcare centre!

My son formed a great relationship with his key worker who I was able to message via the app whenever I needed to know anything. The food menu was healthy and my son ate well there. The manager was particularly supportive and went above and beyond when I had a few family issues before we relocated to a different city. I would suggest them. My son was well cared for at Monkey Puzzle, the manager and her team worked hard to make his time there enjoyable.

I was very grateful, as my daughter had spent very little time away from me or with bigger groups of kids due to all the lockdowns, and me working from home.
All the team have so much adore to give. My daughter was very cheerful and loved.
The team go above and beyond with activities. They have hatched ducklings, learned about caterpillars and played in an incredible paddling pool on hot days.
I wish all parents had access to this quality of childcare for their kids. My daughter attended from August 2021-2022.

Our four-year-old son absolutely adores going – he’s grown in self‑assurance over the last 18 months and has made lots of friends. The manager is very dedicated and hard-working. She thinks about all the details carefully, and you can tell she puts her heart into her job. All the team are welcoming and attentive; the whole place has a lovely vibe. The kids are active every day and consistently busy discovering new things. It’s also very multicultural, which brings different experiences to the kids. I’ll be sad to say goodbye when we leave for school in September! We are so glad we chose Monkey Puzzle Surbiton.

The manager and her team have been so patient and compassionate with her and now she’s thriving! She’s developed so much and now she’s started talking she comes home with new songs. She’s very cheerful and loves her days at childcare centre. I highly suggest Monday Puzzle Surbiton. My little girl started here when she was 1 and had some serious separation issues.

He started at 7 months old, and I was worried about him being younger than most, but the team there made the transition easy and I felt confident he was cheerful and ok when there. Couldn’t suggest Monkey Puzzle enough. The manager and the team are outstanding! Our son loves his time at childcare centre so much.

The manager is a excellent leader, she’s very expert and also completely attentive towards the kids. It is a excellent benefit to know the owner of the childcare centre has observed exactly how much your kid has eaten that day and which other kids she played with. The team are just as empathetic and can anticipate the kids’s needs well. Now that my daughter has been there 6 months, it feels like the team know her personality and preferences and know how to keep her cheerful and engaged. I was so nervous about going back to work but I had no reason to be. The team are so attentive and she runs in happily every morning and doesn’t look back. There is a exceptional timetable of activities and the baby-specific garden is remarkable to allow the little ones a secure space to playtime. The app is also exceptional to keep you updated and the weekly photos consistently make me smile to see what they’ve been up to. Monkey Puzzle has been the opposite. Our daughter absolutely loves it and runs in, in the morning. The team are welcoming and expert and our almost 3 years old daughter feels at home. She learnt a lot in the past 2 years and came out of her shell. The facilities are excellent too and we adore the feedback we get at the door every day.
The team are incredible. After having a bad journey in a previous childcare centre we were a little bit worried about picking a new one.
