Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Muswell Hill

He is looking forward to going to childcare centre every single time and leaves it consistently cheerful and quite often a bit tired. Tiredness being a consequence of his complete immersion in playing and discovering. We thought that childcare centre had a very great vibe to it from the first visit but did not dream of how great it will be. What we see for three days a week with the little one is on par with my older daughter’s total enjoyment of attending a very well run Montessori preschool childcare centre, few years back. Highly recommended. Our 19-month-old son is developing by leaps and bounds ever since he joined Monkey Puzzle back in November last year.

Monkey Puzzle has a genuine family sense and you have all made us sense so welcome from the very first day. The facilities are outstanding and the activities my son gets to partake in mean he is so excited to go in each day. He has been thoroughly supported in his discovering and the development he has made over the time he has been there is truly exceptional. He absolutely loves childcare centre and has grown so much in self‑assurance over his time there. He is made to sense supported and cared for in all that he does. I couldn’t have found a more perfect childcare centre for my son to attend.

Although she only attends part-time, I started seeing a positive difference in her updates and social skills within a couple of weeks. She looks forward to the days she attends and asks to go in on the days she’s at home. She chats about the friends she has made and her teacher, and even about the yummy snacks and food she gets.
The Childcare centre has implemented measures and systems due to the pandemic, so there is a lot sanitising/cleaning, no day trips etc. Educators and management are welcoming and supportive. I get a daily detailed report on my little one every day she is there, with pictures of her taking part in various activities. It’s fantastic to know and see what she’s been doing at school, and I can then talk to her about specific things she has done when we get home. Overall, I’m very cheerful with Monkey Puzzle Childcare centre and would definitely suggest it! My 3-year-old daughter started in the pre-school class at Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre Muswell Hill in early June 2020, on a part-time basis.

Our journey wasn’t one that I was expected. I give two stars just because some members of team were doing their job properly.
You should update your website, some of the qualified team are not working there and now some of the current team are not trained enough to look after kids and many more which I can’t explain in one simple review. If you try to point out your opinion or mistakes they turn around and roll their eyes instead of coming up with a solution. Not enough journey in team and I don’t see the passion in working with kids. My opinion. My kid was supposed to have a two-year review and he didn’t have it. My kid didn’t learn anything apart from the education that he received at home. We did not have a great journey and maybe was a sign to move my kid from there. You expect from a private and small childcare centre to receive the highest standards ever but in our case.

This morning he was singing “I adore childcare centre, I adore childcare centre!” He asks me what day it is every morning so he can find out if its a preschool day or not.
The team are remarkable, attentive, compassionate, nurturing and consistently have smiles on their faces, they go out of their way to consistently be as supportive as possible.
Childcare centre use a remarkable app called Famly to keep us updated and I adore getting daily posts and photos of my Son happily playing with his peers.
Highly recommended this childcare centre to anybody with young kids. My Son has attended Monkey Puzzle since it opened when he was 10 months old, he is now 3 and has just moved into the preschool room.

We started when my son turned 7 months and he was cheerful going there since then. The team is very welcoming, experienced, responsive and loving! Very expert and excellent to work with. There are a lot of activities that keep my son interested and occupied. It helps his development and we are very cheerful with it. Childcare centre organise a lot of events e.g. puppets theatres, story reading etc; activities e.g. messy plays, drawing, puzzling; they take kids for walks outside childcare centre to discover surroundings and learn interesting and educational things e.g. recycling. We sense secure to leave our son there and we know he will be in secure hands. We highly suggest this childcare centre! We are very pleased with the childcare centre.

He attends 3 days a week, and the days he doesn’t attend he asks if he can go!
The team are incredible, and the updates between team/parents is very great!
The activities they do are very well thought out, and you can see the effort that goes into them to make sure each kid learns and enjoys from them as well as lots of enjoyable outings that they go on.

Highly suggest Monkey Puzzle. They have been incredible with my 3-year-old, and seeing how much he has blossomed in the past year he has been there has been lovely and I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to what they do every day. My 3 year old loves it at Monkey Puzzle.

We joined just after the pandemic and we were obviously a bit anxious about putting our kid in a new setting after having experienced lockdown for so long. Within the space of a week, our fears vanished by seeing how much she was thriving and loving being there. All the team – thank you for what you do with extraordinary adore and care, and for giving us peace of mind every single day. We are so cheerful that our new little one will get to also journey that. The childcare centre manager – a true organisation king! We are not quite sure how he can make everything run so smoothly amidst the chaos! Thanks for being so supportive whenever we’ve needed anything over the years. Monkey Puzzle feels like family to us and we could not have asked more from a care provider! Thank you! We absolutely Adore the Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre Muswell Hill team and we are not quite sure any other childcare centre would ever compare to their level of service, care and commitment.

All team are stellar at what they do even when new team start they just become like family to my kids and myself. The team are very supportive and understanding. The manager is absolutely well-organised, attentive and understanding of all situations including covid19. My kid still cries to come back to Monkey Puzzle after starting reception. And my other daughter who attends there was very upset during lockdown that she couldn’t come. I rate Monkey Puzzle 10/10 and can’t wait for my baby to start. Monkey Puzzle has been like a family home rather than a childcare centre.

It was a difficult decision to go back to work full time and pick/find a childcare centre that provided that reassurance and felt secure and secure. As a parent you want to know you’ve made the right decision with care and schooling, I’m relieved it seems to be ok so far! Thank you Monkey Puzzle! My daughter lovers her childcare centre and the care delivered by team is exceptional from what we have experienced so far.
