Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Muswell Hill

I couldn’t have found a more perfect nursery for my son to attend. Monkey Puzzle has a genuine family feel and you have all made us feel so welcome from the very first day. The facilities are outstanding and the activities my son gets to partake in mean he is so excited to go in each day. He has been thoroughly supported in his learning and the progress he has made over the time he has been there is truly exceptional. He absolutely loves nursery and has grown so much in confidence over his time there. He is made to feel supported and cared for in all that he does.

My Son has attended Monkey Puzzle since it opened when he was 10 months old, he is now 3 and has just moved into the preschool room. This morning he was singing “I love nursery, I love nursery!” He asks me what day it is every morning so he can find out if its a preschool day or not.
The staff are fantastic, caring, kind, nurturing and always have smiles on their faces, they go out of their way to always be as helpful as possible.
Nursery use a fantastic app called Famly to keep us updated and I love getting daily posts and photos of my Son happily playing with his peers.
Highly recommended this nursery to anybody with young children.

Monkey Puzzle has been like a family home rather than a nursery. All staff are superb at what they do even when new staff start they just become like family to my children and myself. The staff are very supportive and understanding. The manager is absolutely well-organised, caring and understanding of all situations including covid19. My child still cries to come back to Monkey Puzzle after starting reception. And my other daughter who attends there was very upset during lockdown that she couldn’t come. I rate Monkey Puzzle 10/10 and can’t wait for my baby to start.

Our 19-month-old son is developing by leaps and bounds ever since he joined Monkey Puzzle back in November last year. He is looking forward to going to nursery every single time and leaves it always happy and quite often a bit tired. Tiredness being a consequence of his complete immersion in playing and learning. We thought that nursery had a very good vibe to it from the first visit but did not dream of how good it will be. What we see for three days a week with the little one is on par with my older daughter’s total enjoyment of attending a very well run Montessori preschool nursery, few years back. Highly recommended.

I’m extremely happy with the education my daughter receives at the nursery. She has come a long way since joining in 2018 and I’m happy with the level of progress updates. The nursery is clean and the staff are wonderful. The outdoor play area and garden is perfect for her to play in. Overall I’m extremely satisfied and my son will also be attending soon.

You expect from a private and small nursery to receive the highest standards ever but in our case. Our experience wasn’t one that I was expected. I give two stars just because some members of staff were doing their job properly.
You should update your website, some of the qualified staff are not working there and now some of the current staff are not trained enough to look after children and many more which I can’t explain in one simple review. If you try to point out your opinion or mistakes they turn around and roll their eyes instead of coming up with a solution. Not enough experience in staff and I don’t see the passion in working with children. My opinion. My child was supposed to have a two-year review and he didn’t have it. My child didn’t learn anything apart from the education that he received at home. We did not have a good experience and maybe was a sign to move my child from there.

We are very pleased with the nursery. We started when my son turned 7 months and he was happy going there since then. The team is very friendly, experienced, responsive and loving! Very professional and great to work with. There are a lot of activities that keep my son interested and occupied. It helps his development and we are very happy with it. Nursery organise a lot of events e.g. puppets theatres, story reading etc; activities e.g. messy plays, drawing, puzzling; they take kids for walks outside nursery to discover surroundings and learn interesting and educational things e.g. recycling. We feel safe to leave our son there and we know he will be in safe hands. We highly recommend this nursery!

My daughter who has just turned 4 has attended this nursery since she was 10 months old and she absolutely loves it! We couldn’t be any happier with the care, education, and support provided from the nursery and it’s wonderful staff. It feels like one big family, the staff are amazing, approachable, nurturing and always smiling and going out of their way to help with anything anyone needs. When you walk in, you can see how much the children adore the staff and how much the staff adore them. It’s always clean and tidy and the resources provided are great! I highly recommend this nursery and give it 10/10. I know my daughter will greatly miss it when she leaves for big school.

Our daughter who is a pre-schooler attended Monkey Puzzle Muswell Hill for around 9 months but the bond she has built with her teachers and the nursery is incredible. In addition to this, me and my wife can easily observe that her social, cognitive and physical skills have significantly improved during her time with the nursery and she is more than ready for her Reception Year thanks to Monkey Puzzle Muswell Hill. The professionals of the nursery genuinely care about every single child within the nursery and they do not hesitate to take the extra mile for the children which was beyond our expectations. Therefore, we would highly recommend their services to any parents who are in need of childcare services for their children.

We absolutely Love the Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Muswell Hill team and we are not quite sure any other nursery would ever compare to their level of service, care and commitment. We joined just after the pandemic and we were obviously a bit anxious about putting our child in a new environment after having experienced lockdown for so long. Within the space of a week, our fears vanished by seeing how much she was thriving and loving being there. All the staff – thank you for what you do with extraordinary love and care, and for giving us peace of mind every single day. We are so happy that our new little one will get to also experience that. The nursery manager – a true organisation king! We are not quite sure how he can make everything run so smoothly amidst the chaos! Thanks for being so helpful whenever we’ve needed anything over the years. Monkey Puzzle feels like family to us and we could not have asked more from a care provider! Thank you!
