But what’s truly lovely is how much everyone cares and the creativity and passion they put in. It’s a lovely atmosphere and we adore the updates, photos and observations we are sent. We are delighted that our daughter is part of this childcare centre. The team, care, activities and outdoor discovering space are absolutely fantastic at this gorgeous childcare centre.

Big selling points were the exceptional facilities, the room settings for the different age groups and the childcare centre values. Our little one had never stayed with anyone other than her parents before so we were apprehensive about the settling in process (and beyond). We need not have worried! The management and the entire team are all fantastic, not only exceptionally expert and well‑informed but they also genuinely care about each individual kid and adapt their style in order to get the best from them and to help them to flourish. Our little one settled highly quickly, formed an incredible bond with her key worker and we have seen huge development in her self‑assurance and development ever since. She is excited to go to childcare centre every day. It’s a second family for her. It can be a daunting process choosing a childcare centre for your little one but we could not be happier with our choice. Exceptional childcare centre! Our little one joined Monkey Puzzle Hither Green in February as a 17 month old.

We moved from another local childcare centre and it was a breath of fresh air, excellent team and leadership. The team clearly genuinely care and they apply best practice. Our son’s development truly accelerated, he has a excellent time each day and does lots of enjoyable activities. Feedback is timely, well considered and developmental. Remarkable from start to finish.

Our youngest was the first baby in and we have had such an incredible journey.
The boys adore going to Monkey Puzzle every day and the team are incredible.
The garden is just huge, perfect for busy boys.
Finally, the daily updates on activity are remarkable. The carers keep the kids entertained all day with so many activities and give us full updates as and when needed. We have both our boys here age 1 and 3.

We started there in January 2023 and are going there for 5 days a week. She gets to do so much enjoyable and engaging activities there with her peers and care workers. At the end of the day, she still has lots of energy left so I consistently know she has had a excellent (but not tiring) day!
The team are attentive and welcoming, and consistently has a big smile on their faces.
The facilities are truly great – large bright and spotless room with lots of activities, toys and books, direct access to a massive garden and forest school area where the kids get lots of outdoor playtime.
We adore getting multiple updates on the Famly app throughout the day on all the enjoyable things my little one and her friends are getting up to. The extended opening hours (730-630) is also a big plus.
Overall, this is an outstanding childcare centre which I would not hesitate to suggest to others. My little one loves going to this childcare centre.

We have two kids at the childcare centre and both have settled in exceptionally well. The setting is light, spacious and inviting, and the team are outstanding, attentive, engaging, creative and enjoyable!
The outside space was a real selling point, a big garden with a forest school area which gets well used whatever the weather but we have also been truly impressed with the scope and variety of daily activities, including trips outside childcare centre and baking!
Updates from the team is another highlight, daily updates from the rooms show the range of the activities (everything looks so enjoyable!) and weekly individual feedback on your kid highlights a particular activity or discovering point. Seeing pictures and videos of our eldest engaging in her first phonics and maths activities has been truly touching.

My kids were some of the first in the setting. We have seen the childcare centre grow and the care and attention they receive has remained consistently outstanding.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the choice I made for my first childcare centre journey. Everyone is exceptionally lovely, welcoming and with excellent energy. From the highly first moment, I have received a lot of reassurance, flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile to assistance my baby’s needs. The team make every effort to ensure that the kids are cheerful and stimulated as well as keeping us informed on a regular basis with detailed updates both on the app and in person. They set up different activities every day which are well thought through and my daughter especially loves the messy playtime!
They have an incredible outdoor area so there is plenty of space for them to run around in the fresh air and I have been truly impressed that they have also been taken to the park. When I have made suggestions, they have taken these on board and actioned them which has been appreciated. Overall we are highly cheerful. Our little girl joined just before turning one year in January 2023 and we have had a excellent journey with Monkey Puzzle so far.

The childcare centre provides a wide range of facilities in a large, bright space. Every day the kids participate in a number of activities, it’s fantastic to see. We’re so looking forward to watching him thrive in this setting! Our son (22 months) started only 2 weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier with the care he is receiving.
