Every day the team go to an enormous effort to come up with various enjoyable and educational activities so the kids are getting new experiences and games every day. They also seem to get a lot of time out in the (large) outdoor/garden area where they have a playground with slide and little trikes to playtime on as well. There is a great variation in the meals which are of great nutritional value and dietary requirements are carefully observed. All of the team are welcoming and dedicated and clearly have worked hard to understand every kid’s individual needs. Our son has a speech delay and we have felt supported by Monkey Puzzle Catford in providing him with the extra assistance he needs with his updates. The most important and clearest reflection of how great the childcare centre is for me is how excited he is to attend every day, he basically runs in there! Our son started in the toddler room about 6 months ago and we couldn’t be happier.

Our daughter has attended for two years now and loves it. The team are attentive and compassionate and the childcare centre seems like a truly enjoyable place to be. The day is structured truly well and information provided at the end of each day is truly supportive. The team have also managed incredibly well in a difficult year, and the childcare centre has continued to sense like a secure and welcoming space for kids. Baby and tweenies room team are great at what they do, when I leave my kid I don’t sense worried or scared, the place is not smelly or dirty and a great atmosphere. Thank you and also the Mother’s Day treat today was fantastic, highly glad I was able to attend, eating with the kids, meeting other moms, it was great. So far my journey with you is great. Excellent welcoming, loving, compassionate team.

Highly well organised and structured. The team are highly welcoming and compassionate. You can tell they genuinely care about your kid’s development. They also provide fresh food cooked on-site by their chef and consistently accommodate dietary requirements. They cook a variety of food, so you know your kid is getting great nutrition. They also have highly well-kept rooms, with variations of toys and playtime areas which are all great quality and cleaned daily. They have a highly great daily structure too which I adore, so your kid has a routine that assists with developments and not just random playtime all day like other nurseries. Lastly, the team are so experienced and skilled which is evident by my kid’s development at childcare centre and also my favourite is the detailed report you get at the end of each day which tells you everything your kid has done so you are well informed. Would honestly suggest it to all parents. Honestly, one of the best nurseries I’ve seen.

After a lengthy search for a great childcare centre, I finally came across Monkey Puzzle in Catford after few of my friends recommended this childcare centre to me.
Now my daughter has been attending this childcare centre for a month and she is as cheerful as ever, waking up every morning looking forward to it.
Team are welcoming, attentive, easy to communicate with and highly expert.

Baby room and Tweenie Room team are a credit to the setting.
They care for the kids with passion.
My daughter waves goodbye to me happily, and that’s if she isn’t already greeting her friends, with me long forgotten for the day!

He goes into the toddlers’ room every morning with a smile and a wave, keen to see his friends and the remarkable team who teach and care for him so brilliantly every day! We had the same journey with both the baby and tweenies room with exceptionally attentive and competent team who reassured us every day that he was in secure hands.
We can see how confident and independent he is becoming and adore seeing photos of the activities they’ve been doing each week.
The garden area is remarkable – secure an enclosed and truly makes the most of the space.
Honestly can’t suggest this childcare centre enough and sense highly lucky to have found it.

Two members of team were welcoming and they show me around the Childcare centre. All the team members are highly welcoming and highly exceptional, they care a lot for the kids. They consistently keep me informed about any new development and changes on time, level of updates is outstanding. My son started attending Monkey Puzzle in January and l loved the standard, right from the first day l went for a visit at the Childcare centre.

She runs in the door in the morning and gallops out at night, consistently in a lovely mood and ready to tell me as much as she can about her day. She is almost 3 now and has been there since she was 14 months old. She is pretty great with numbers and can count to 15. She loves the garden and the mud kitchen and has been teaching me childcare centre rhymes. The team genuinely care and are consistently cheerful, which is so important. I happily suggest this childcare centre. My daughter has a fantastic time at childcare centre every day.

My daughter started at 12 months and settled into the baby room truly well, despite never being away from me for long periods. Going back to work was highly daunting but knowing she was in secure hands and being cared for by the incredible team made it so much easier. Truly pleased with the childcare centre and sense confident my daughter is well cared for. I viewed seven nurseries in the area, and Monkey Puzzle was by far the best!
