Mini Monkeys

I can not recommend Mini Monkeys enough. Staff are always happy and welcoming. My son has been attending for the last 7 months and loves coming to nursery every day. He always leaves smiling and happy!

My daughter started at Mini Monkeys in January 2021 aged 1. I was apprehensive about how she would be starting nursery and being separated from me as she hadn’t had much chance to socialise with others due to lockdown restrictions. We had a rough start but thanks to the friendliness and support from all the nursery staff she is now turning into a confident little girl who has bonded well with everyone.
All the nursery staff are excellent and friendly. I am confident that I am leaving my daughter in good hands and she always comes home smiling. The nursery are very attentive to her needs and the report of her daily activities, what she has had to eat, sleep and any problems is great along with photographs. I couldn’t be happier at the nursery I’ve chosen to care for her.

Our son has started at Mini Monkeys over a month ago aged 3. We were worried that he was going to have a difficult time going through this transition as he has never been to a nursery before, but he has built a relationship with the staff and his peers very quick and settled very well into nursery.
I would highly recommend this nursery as the staff are very friendly and very supportive. The nursery has a nice outdoor space and involves children in different physical and creative activities including messy play. Parents are given a daily report and have access to a learning journal where they can see pictures and videos of the child and see their progress and development.
Within a short period of time at Mini Monkeys our son improved his social skills, become more engaging, confident and much happier within himself.

Very friendly and approachable staff, very supportive also, would be better if the nursery had government funding so my son can stay there until he is 5 as he is settled and very comfortable there would. Highly recommend this nursery

My young person loves going to Mini Monkeys Nursery. His speech, motor skills and coordination have come on massively in the last 3 months. The staff are always very helpful, friendly and professional.
I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone.

Thanks to the manager and staff for taking the time out to ensure all the kids met “Mrs Claus” and have great fun in the festive activities. Notwithstanding the fact that my grandson has dietary requirements, you all made sure he didn’t miss out on any foodstuff that the other kids had to eat, many thanks. I look forward to my grandson’s visits when he gets so excited telling me all about his days at nursery.

My child has attended Mini Monkeys for almost eight months and all of the staff have excelled in making my child feel welcome, loved and supported during his experience so far. He attends 5 days a week and has the best time, every day going in full of excitement and coming home with a huge smile on his face. The facilities are great, the staff put on a great variation of messy play and different toys/themed weeks, and the outdoor area is full of so many fun things to play with and climb on. He is so confident and full of words which I can only put down to the amazing way the staff communicate with the children. Thanks very much and keep up the good work!

All the staff are great with the kids. My daughter is happy going in every day and enjoys all the activities that they do on a daily basis. The meals appear to have a great variety for her learning new foods and overall very happy with their services.

Both my children have been attending Mini Monkeys from the 0-2 room, and my eldest is soon to go to school. My little girl will be going to school having a wide variety of skills and knowledge, developed whilst at Mini Monkeys. My little boy who is not two yet can recognise colours and shapes and can speak sentences clearly. The girls in the nurseries have a great bond with my children and know them well, I feel at ease every day knowing my children are well looked after and happy in their nursery environment. The girls are attentive to all their needs and have extensive knowledge when it comes to childcare. At the end of every day I am given a sheet which provides me with details about what they’ve eaten, nappies/toileting, sleep and an in-depth handover about which activities/trips they have participated in. I am also updated regularly via learning journals about their individual learning it’s lovely to see how happy they are. I am also looking forward to having a stay-and-play day soon.

My son has been at Mini Monkeys for two years, he has come on in his development and all the staff are lovely and show a real interest in every child in their rooms. The owner is one of the most lovely, kind and caring women I’ve ever met and I’m so happy that she and all of the staff at Mini Monkeys are such a massive part of my child’s life.
