Description
Our nursery in Putney Bridge which opened in 2022 brings our unique combination of Montessori education, bilingual English and Chinese Mandarin teaching, and strong emphasis on the importance of outdoor learning to the families of SW15 and SW6.
The nursery is tucked between Fulham High Street and Fulham Palace, meaning it is ideally located for access to both Putney Bridge underground station and Putney overground station. Importantly for us, it has its own outdoor space, use of the adjacent paddock and is within easy reach of several nearby parks!
Our nursery opens throughout the year between 8am to 6pm and caters for children between the ages of one and five.

September 23, 2022 at 12:00 amOur (now) 18-month-old daughter has absolutely thrived here. The outdoor space is brilliant and all of the teachers do a wonderful job with the unique combination of Montessori, Mandarin, and outdoor learning. Staff are delightful – they were so patient and caring as we were settling in and are very communicative with the parents. The in-house chef does a wonderful job too – the menus look delicious. Our daughter is always happy at drop-off – she runs in to see her friends and teachers which makes us happy parents. We would not hesitate to recommend!

August 23, 2023 at 12:00 amOur daughter loves going to Mandarin Ducklings Putney Bridge Nursery. Their indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and perfect for inspiring adventurous, inquisitive and creative little minds. We love their wholesome program that seamlessly blends Montessori and Forest School principals, as well as embedding Mandarin language throughout. Within the first month of attending, our daughter started coming home singing songs in Mandarin which blew us away.
Their outdoor spaces are incredible and rare, especially for London. Nature play was important for us and Mandarin Ducklings have exceeded our expectations with their two outdoor spaces; which not only are fun and engaging but also peaceful places for little explorers.
The staff are absolutely fabulous. They really know each and every child, and communication with parents is great. The staff genuinely care for and teach the children with so much kindness and passion, it honestly feels like an extension of our family.
We couldn’t be happier.
