March 12, 2017 at 12:00 amRight in the heart of Chiswick! Maggie & Rose Village Nursery has brilliant staff and very loving. My son is excited every morning to go to nursery. The model of the village nursery makes the children’s experience a fun and enhancing.

October 16, 2017 at 12:00 amI love this nursery! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt it and that is so important when you are leaving your most precious possession somewhere.
The staff are so helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to make you and your child feel supported.
The facilities are just amazing, not your usual church hall or white box – great for little people’s imaginations to run wild.
Their seasonal menus are so well planned, my son eats better than I do.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

November 6, 2017 at 12:00 amThe Maggie & Rose Nursery is vibrant and imaginative and thoughtfully designed with kids in mind (from toddler height tables and chairs, miniature shopping trolleys and kitchen corners, a village green, tree house and a double-decker bus that doubles as an arts and crafts studio, the environment is exciting and inspiring for kids). The nursery staff I have met are all knowledgeable, caring and detail focused on your little one. The staff are not afraid to get their hands dirty with lots of fun messy activities (sand, water, paints, playdough) and provide a wide range of daily activities including reading, arts, crafts, music, sports and creative play. There is a reassuring focus on EYFS goals with different weekly/bi-weekly themes for activities and they keep a scrapbook for each child with pictures and notes of milestones in their development so parents don’t miss out. My little boy has had a lovely experience there so far and they are currently helping us with potty training!

November 7, 2017 at 12:00 amMaggie & Rose have proved a safe and entertaining environment for my son since the age of 1. He has enjoyed very long action-packed days there (max. 8.30-6pm), 2-3 days a week for nearly 2 years. The nursery provides healthy meals (mostly cooked) and snacks, nappies and even spare clothing and sleep toys when required.
He was comfortable enough to sleep for up to 2 hours at nap time before he dropped his afternoon nap and has always enjoyed the exciting activities – especially the cooking, art and Spanish classes. The outdoor areas are brilliantly designed given the limited space and the toys, tricycles, ride-on cars etc are of high quality.
I have found the staff to be absolutely wonderful and engaging, both in Babies and Toddlers. They have been attentive to our individual needs. I would not hesitate in recommending Maggie & Rose as I feel the care they have shown my son has been first class.

December 25, 2017 at 12:00 amPicking a nursery for the first time is super hard. Is it lovely? Are they fun? Will they leave them outside for the foxes? And its how much for one day?! It’s a total emotional minefield. After a false start elsewhere I decided to try out Maggie & Rose after reading about its ethos of creating a home from home and thinking that maybe this could be really good. The nursery interior itself is ace. Far away from basic bright colours, its warm and welcoming with a ton of interesting things for little people to see and do. You feel totally welcome. But my high fiving is one thing, this will be decided on the happiness of persons small.
However, my son absolutely adores it. They do great interesting activities, the staff are truly wonderful and have been pivotal in the development of my little two-year-old guy who is such a lovely little boy (toast thrown across the kitchen in fury this morning aside) I would recommend without question, it’s really the loveliest nursery I could have found.

June 14, 2018 at 12:00 amMy 18-month-old has just started at Maggie & Rose and I visited two other nurseries before making a final decision. What stood out initially was how it was clean, tidy, organised, and the staff seemed self-motivated, friendly and really into the well being of the kids. When meeting the deputy in charge prior to settling him in, I could see all the kids there had adoring feelings towards her, which made me feel that my son would be truly loved in this environment. It is such a big, safe and secure building with so many options for activities, that I think the kids really enjoy the variety. It is superior to most nurseries which are extremely small and with restrictive play areas.
My experience to date has been extremely positive, my son loves the environment and I am completely at ease when dropping him off, knowing he is in safe and secure location. I look forward to picking him up and seeing his happy little face.

October 5, 2018 at 12:00 amMy daughters went to this nursery. It was a very lovely place and my older one loved it. That was why I sent my second child also.
My older one brought home many lovely things which she made so often. Also she loved cooking classes and Spanish classes. We loved many teachers as they had so much passion for kids.
However, once the manager changed, everything changed so much. I thought my second one also would bring back what she made from nursery but we only got a few things in 6 months.
So many teachers left in a short time.
The biggest reason we left nursery was my second one had an allergic reaction twice in 6 months at nursery.
Now we’ve been waiting for our deposit back but still no news from them. My old one left here over 3 months ago and we noticed that they didn’t pay us back the deposit. They are lacking in communication since the manager changed a year ago.
This is so sad to write this review as it was such a lovely nursery.
I do hope they will change good way and back as it was.

January 31, 2019 at 12:00 amMy child has been at Maggie & Rose for a few months now and he is very happy. The decision to put him in nursery was somewhat difficult but I can say, with confidence, that Maggie & Rose was the best choice. The teachers are attentive, invested and affectionate. It’s great for them to care for my child so well.
Every chance I get, I am more than happy to refer them to friends and colleagues.
Keep up the good work!

January 14, 2020 at 12:00 amFriendly and very responsive staff. Every child is treated with love and as an individual and the staff cater very much to each child’s needs. My son enjoyed going to Maggie & Rose every day and it was such a pleasure to see him develop.

January 21, 2020 at 12:00 amOur son has been at the nursery for a year and a half, and we have been very happy with the staff, management and his care. It seems to be a very nurturing environment with professional, caring, engaged teachers. The children do lots of fun activities like art, Spanish and cooking classes, and we have been very satisfied in all respects. Communication with parents is very good. They also offer a healthy varied menu. I would highly recommend this nursery.

June 24, 2020 at 12:00 amMaggie & Rose nursery has done wonders for both my children, they are so happy there and the progress in all their development skills have come on leaps and bounds. Both my children have been going since they were 12 months old and I remember leaving my eldest there for the first time was very daunting, as it is for all first time mums, but the staff were so welcoming and he settled so unbelievably well, we have honestly never looked back. He is now nearly 4 and will soon be moving onto big school and I know he will miss it so much.
I cannot recommend Maggie & Rose highly enough, the staff are fantastic!

July 21, 2020 at 12:00 amEveryone at Maggie and Rose is amazing. You really get the impression that they care about the kids. Our daughter gets dropped outside the nursery every day and she practically runs in, always smiling and clearly loving being there. When there have been issues, they have always been quickly dealt with in a calm and professional manner.

March 9, 2021 at 12:00 amOur boy has been at Maggie & Rose Chiswick Nursery for a year and loved it. The staff are so caring and they clearly love him too which has been lovely to see. The activities are varied and despite the fact he is so young, he’s learnt a lot. Plus his repertoire of nursery rhymes has expanded – I hadn’t even heard of some of the ones they taught him. A huge thank you to everyone at Maggie & Rose Chiswick for the way they’ve looked after him over the last year, it’s a pleasure to write a review and recommend it to others.
