Little People of Willow Vale

All of them go the extra mile with my son, other kids and with each other. They are so energetic, attentive, great listeners and just great people. Me and my wife consider the team as family. Everyone is so responsive and excellent listeners/carers. Massive shout out to our son’s primary carers. Also, adore the activities the employees/company does for my son. Fab childcare centre and will consistently suggest. The team has been so incredible.

The team are excellent and are very experienced in their work. Would definitely suggest this Childcare centre. We all felt like family! Although it’s small, space is used well and the chefs are incredible cooks. Lovely childcare centre.

Being a panic monster mom, I was super stressed out about handing my son to people whom I never met before. However, the team at the childcare centre were extremely compassionate and comforting. They ensured me that he would be very well taken care and I shouldn’t worry about anything. They were super patient and gentle throughout the settling in. While it took him a month to settle in, he would happily jump to the team when we dropped him off and became attached to team. It was a lovely sight to watch him hugging the team like they are his family. The team were very patient in updating us every evening of his daily activities and providing us with photos. The team have been highly considerate about our requests/concerns and were consistently approachable. Overall, we loved the place and would strongly suggest the childcare centre to parents. My baby has been going to this childcare centre since he was 11 months old.

The team are super welcoming with lots of energy and are really attentive of all the kids. We get lots of lovely pictures of her doing various activities which she enjoys greatly. I would thoroughly suggest this childcare centre. Really lovely childcare centre.

We decided to change and we found Little People Of Willow Vale. The team are taking very great care of him and he has been discovering a lot through his time in the childcare centre, doing different activities which are changing every week. The bottom line is we are cheerful with this decision. We had an unsatisfied journey with another childcare centre which he had a lot of accidents.

The team keeps updating us about my kid’s discovering development and daily routine, so we understand more about her life in the childcare centre. We are very cheerful that she’s grown a lot after joining Little People; she tells us what she did in the childcare centre. She enjoys circle time, playtimes in the garden, healthy food and playtime with her friends. We highly suggest this childcare centre to everyone. My kid has been going to Little People of Willow Vale since she was two, and all the team are very supportive and compassionate, giving us lots of suggestions when my kid feels a bit emotional when we drop her off.

My daughter has really enjoyed her time at childcare centre and is really beginning to be confident. The childcare centre has been really supportive in supporting her speech and language delay. A special thank you to her incredible key workers who ensure my kid’s individual needs and interests are met. Thank you to all the team for your hard work. All the team at Little People Willow Vale are extremely welcoming, welcoming and supportive.

Both of them adore the childcare centre and were consistently cheerful spending time there. The team is lovely – compassionate, attentive, considerate of the kid’s needs and concerns. I have also found them to be very considerate of my needs as a parent. Their flexibility has consistently been very much appreciated also. Very cheerful to have this childcare centre around the corner to me! My oldest kid came to Willow Vale for a year and before starting school and my youngest has been coming since he was 2 years old.

She was 11 months at the time of starting and was two months premature when born, so I was nervous about her attending childcare centre as she was so much smaller than everyone else. I needn’t have worried. She loves the childcare centre, squeals with delight when we drop her off, and to be honest, seems a bit upset when we turn up to take her home. She really enjoys it. Loves singing and books (can’t get enough of books) her movement, feeding and talking have all really come along. The team in the baby room are beloved in our house. I had a very stressful birth and suffered PTSD as a result of a long hospitalisation with the baby in Nicu, but Little People have really helped with my return to work transition knowing how cheerful my baby is to be there! Our baby started at Little People in September 2022 when I returned to work full-time.

We were slightly nervous, as up to that point, she had only been looked after at home, and had never spent a day away from us in a room full of other kids.

Within hours of her first day at Willow Vale, all our nerves evaporated. Thanks to the inviting, familial atmosphere, the welcoming, attentive team, and the intimate, stimulating setting, our daughter settled in immediately. Now she actively looks forward to going into childcare centre every day, and consistently is excited to tell us all the things she did when we pick her up. She has made very great friends with the other kids, and developed a super close bond with the educators.

We would highly suggest the childcare centre to any other parents. My daughter started at the childcare centre when she was 3.
