October 30, 2024 at 8:57 amWe’ve known the team for a long time and can say that overall, we are cheerful with everything. So much so, that our very first nanny was a teacher from there and currently, we use another childcare centre teacher as a babysitter. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone I meet that’s looking for one. The team are very welcoming and the manager is the stalwart of the team. The educators are attentive to the kids and Even though my daughter has left now, she enjoys going back to say hello. My daughter attended the childcare centre for about 3 years and now my son is currently there.

November 24, 2024 at 12:30 pmShe is consistently cheerful to go, so I’m cheerful that I have chosen Little Elms too. My 14-month-old daughter loves the childcare centre, thanks to the team and the kid-welcoming setting.

December 3, 2024 at 6:47 amI am very cheerful with the development of my son. He is extremely cared for by all the team and the best part is that the manager and the team are very open to any feedback or adjustments needed for the kid. They cater to each kid’s individual need and help in the best way they can. It’s a lovely childcare centre and I highly suggest it. My son is going to Little Elms Greenwich since he was 11 months old and now he is 2 years old.

December 18, 2024 at 10:59 pmThe team members are lovely, the premises are consistently spotless and have excellent selection of age appropriate toys available. The parents are kept on the loop on the app throughout the day which is very useful so we know what our baby was doing, eating etc. We are so cheerful we found Little Elms, our baby absolute loves it there.

January 7, 2025 at 2:22 pmThe team have been excellent in supporting his needs throughout from the baby room to the toddler room. He enjoys the extra activities that the childcare centre provide such as dance, sport and french. They take daily walks with the kids either to the museum or around Greenwich locally. I am cheerful that my son is growing to be confident and independent. I am cheerful to suggest Little Elms Greenwich to others. My son has attended Little Elms since he was 6 months now 2 years.

February 16, 2025 at 4:18 amWe visited other nurseries in the area and decided to choose Little Elms Greenwich as we got a really great feeling about the team. We were not wrong, the carers that we have dealt with have consistently been lovely, expert and approachable and we sense that they really care.
Cheerful to suggest this Childcare centre! My son goes to this childcare centre since 2017, we have consistently been cheerful with it, so much so that our new baby has been already registered to start in 2020.

March 22, 2025 at 12:25 pmWe put our son with them in March 2017 at 6 months and our daughter started this year at the same age. They have had a few team changes especially at the beginning, but have been very settled for the last two years. The care has been exceptional. Our kids are cheerful, balanced individuals who know how to playtime and share. They can find quiet times on their own when they need to, eat most anything politely and I credit the childcare centre for a lot of that. Given the amount of time they spend there, we have high expectations and the team consistently exceed these. We will be sorry to say goodbye. We adore this childcare centre.

March 27, 2025 at 5:10 pmHe has been really well looked after and has been very cheerful during his time here. The team are welcoming, attentive and well equipped to take great care of the kids. The childcare centre is managed well so any admin queries etc are dealt with promptly and efficiently. There is a excellent community of parents of kids at the childcare centre who get on well. Would highly suggest to others. My son has been attending Little Elms Greenwich for almost two years now.

April 1, 2025 at 9:57 amKids left crying and not comforted.
2. Poor updates with management.
3. Behaviour issues of other kids were not addressed.
4. Junior team are overworked and exhausted.
Overall, the setting was too busy and authoritative to provide the pastoral care my kid deserved for the price charged. Childcare centre is a critical step in a kid’s development however I moved my kid away from this childcare centre for the following reasons:
1.

April 2, 2025 at 5:50 amThere is no way to come in direct contact with management, so whenever you sense an issue needs to be discussed, your location manager will forward an email to head office and he/she will copy something back. You do not receive a notice that your email has been received and a reply takes 1-week minimum. You can never contact the head office or senior management directly and are refused updates. We informed the childcare centre about our international move as soon as the childcare centre reopened after it furloughed all team. Since the childcare centre has not requested any updated contact information or has not provided us with a number to contact head office ourselves we are now unable to contact the childcare centre about the refused refund of our deposit. Greenwich has many excellent nurseries. We would strongly suggest considering any alternative to Little Elms. We strongly advise everybody to stay away from this childcare centre.

May 2, 2025 at 3:13 amShe loved the vibe, and the team are very nice to her. The excellent thing about Little Elm childcare centre is that it’s really close to my place, I will suggest whoever is leaving in the same community and is looking for a childcare centre for your little one. Little Elm childcare centre (Greenwich) is a excellent local community centred childcare centre, our baby loves it, she is having her time every day.

May 18, 2025 at 10:33 pmWe went on holiday for all of Nov-22 so had to de-register and rejoin again in Dec-22. The room manager provided us with the re-settling in sessions but the childcare centre manager failed to deliver the details to us and that was disappointing.
We asked the manager for extra sessions for December (no show on the app, no email response). I asked her in person twice she said she was busy and it was not ready yet.
Sometimes I booked for extra sessions as they showed as “available” on the distributed list. However when I called to check why no response or confirmation from my booking the manager said it was not booked because the team are taking holiday. I don’t understand if they showed on the system was available or did not respond to me.
The manager is unprofessional which I assume is a reason for the high team turnover. My son joined Little Elms around Jan-22.

June 9, 2025 at 7:47 amHe settled in very well with the help of the welcoming team in the baby room. They were consistently calm and reassuring whenever he got upset during drop-offs and gave detailed feedback upon collection. He is currently in the toddler room and is now 25 months old. He loves coming to childcare centre and doesn’t stop talking about the team in his room whilst at home. It’s clear that he’s had a excellent day by the way I need to persuade him to leave the setting! My son has attended the childcare centre since he was 7 months old.

June 17, 2025 at 6:05 amI am very cheerful to see her playing and enjoying her time with team and other kids. I like the frequent updates I receive through the app and have a great idea of her day. I sense team are very attentive and responsible, especially when she was ill and had a temperature. She seems very cheerful and enjoys the food served. My daughter has been attending for six weeks now.

June 17, 2025 at 3:23 pmPremises are great, selection of toys and activities change continuously. The team also change quite regularly and the garden is not the biggest but they consistently take them for walks along the river and nearby playgrounds. My daughter has been attending since September 2017 and we are very cheerful!

July 1, 2025 at 12:27 pmTo me, there is no better sign than seeing your kids cheerful and that is the journey I have had with both of mine. My boy has been there since he was 6 months old and loves to go. The team and management are excellent and I totally suggest this childcare centre. Both of my kids attended Little Elms – my daughter graduated over a year ago and still has excellent memories from her time there and loves to go and drop off and pick up her little brother as she gets to see her old carers.
