Little Bear's on Wanstead Green

The key workers are simply fantastic which makes all the difference each and every day. I only have one kid but when speaking to others with kids at other childcare centre settings I can see and sense Little Bear’s offers a service which goes above and beyond. Our little one recently broke his leg (at home, not at childcare centre!) and the extent they went to accommodate him with his injury was truly remarkable. And most recently, stay-and-playtime sessions for parents have rounded off the whole journey, it’s been excellent seeing activities and routines in action each month. Our son (now 2.5 years) has been at Little Bears on Wanstead Green Day Childcare centre since he was 1 and we can’t fault the care, assistance and kindness we have experienced and the development we have seen in him during that time.

Bright, spacious, modern facilities with a exceptional garden. The level of care and assistance that our daughter has received in each of the rooms she has been in has surpassed our expectations. They have been absolute magicians with getting our daughter to eat and nap. It’s also so lovely to see regular updates charting her development and recording the special moments in her day. We have truly appreciated the well-organised and responsive management team too. Highly cheerful that we chose Little Bears for our daughter. Little Bear’s on Wanstead Green has been a fantastic home-from-home for our daughter for the last year and a half, and she can’t wait to go every morning.

Truly attentive team. Felt highly confident in the car that they provided. Team listened to any concerns or worries. My kid loves attending and has made some excellent friends. Overall journey there has been outstanding Excellent Nursury.

The big plus is the outdoor space and the range of developmental activities for the kids. We have two kids at the childcare centre and are highly cheerful with the setting and the team.

In the 6 months that she had been attending, she has learnt so much and has developed into a confident little girl. Her day is consistently filled with lots of enjoyable activities, arts and crafts! The team in yogi room are super supportive, welcoming and attentive, and she cannot wait to get there every morning, which is truly reassuring for us. As well as building a relationship with the kids, the team have a lovely relationship with parents too – they are so approachable and inviting every time we go for drop off/pickups. Management at this childcare centre are excellent too, they are excellent at keeping parents well informed and are constantly arranging various activities and events for parents to attend. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough! Little Bear’s on Wanstead Green has been a excellent childcare centre for our daughter!

Our son loves it, he is so well cared for and comes home so cheerful and excited. He can’t wait to get there in the morning and his keyworkers are so outstanding with him. Can’t rate it high enough. Little Bear’s is outstanding.

I cannot rate this place highly enough.
The setting was consistently welcoming and the team were like extended parents.
They were polite, patient and nothing was ever too much to ask.
The deputy and senior manager ran a tight ship and created a calendar of enjoyable and inclusive events throughout the year. It would be highly common to find them inside the rooms getting stuck in.
The actual childcare centre itself is stunning and has a fantastic outdoor space which is forever extending.
If only there was a school attached… This was a home from home.

Since joining, they have both flourished, and their personalities have come on leaps and bounds. They are crazy about their educators and adore the themes, playgroups and being outside in the fresh air. This makes us, as parents, adore it all the same.
We sense secure knowing the setting they are in.
Ohh, secure to say they adore the food too.

Everything from the facilities, the team and just the inviting feeling I got from visiting instantly made me sense at ease and actually excited for my kids to journey being in an setting like theirs – the location being right next to the station was just an absolute bonus. When I was due to start back at work in September, I visited many nurseries, and none made me comfortable to even contemplate leaving my two under two’s until I came across Little Bears in Wanstead.
