Little Angels Nursery and Out of School Care

As a family, we had several concerns that built up over a period of time, rudeness of staff (not all staff) but especially the manager/owner. We had made some complaints in the past about a number of issues but were horrified when our children shared some very real concerns around the manager and some staff at the setting regarding their behaviour and treatment of our children. We raised these concerns and the manager ended our child’s placements immediately for the breakfast and after-school clubs we used. The problem is this breakfast and after school club is the only place that links into our children’s school and is affordable, otherwise we would have moved our children elsewhere a long time ago. The rudeness of staff is one thing, mistreating children is another. I am kicking myself that we didn’t end the placement here and acted on our instincts sooner.
