Little Angels Nursery and Out of School Care

As a family, we had several concerns that built up over a period of time, rudeness of team (not all team) but especially the manager/owner. We had made some complaints in the past about a number of issues but were horrified when our kids shared some highly real concerns around the manager and some team at the setting regarding their behaviour and treatment of our kids. We raised these concerns and the manager ended our kid’s placements immediately for the breakfast and after-school clubs we used. The problem is this breakfast and after school club is the only place that links into our kids’s school and is affordable, otherwise we would have moved our kids elsewhere a long time ago. The rudeness of team is one thing, mistreating kids is another. I am kicking myself that we didn’t end the placement here and acted on our instincts sooner. Do not use this childcare centre!
