The team team are welcoming and approachable and his key person updates us with pictures and observations weekly on the Parentzone app. My little boy settled instantly and he happily spoke to us about his first day when we collected him. We’ ve just transferred from another Childbase day‑care and we couldn’ t be happier with the transition.

My three year old cannot wait to attend each and everyday. They have a sense of warmth between all the team. I cannot fault Lavenders Day Nursery.

January 17, 2025 at 11:40 amOur first tour was exceptional; the day‑care looked well resourced and the team team were delighted and welcoming, We are so excited for our little girl to start as they have given us the best first impressions! As soon as we registered we were given information about the baby room and offered an extra tour of the day‑care which goes above and beyond any of the other settings we looked around. We have recently registered our baby girl with the Lavenders team and they were amazingly accommodating and ensured they did their best to meet our needs.

February 13, 2025 at 9:47 pmMy eldest has learnt lots this year ready to start school in September. The outdoor space is lovely, they go out everyday and they take part in such lovely sessions. The food is terrific, my kids eat better there than at home! Both truly enjoy it there and the team know them well. My first little boy started attending Lavenders four years ago, my younger little boy started nearly two years ago.

The team are so attentive and my little girl has loved everyone that she comes into contact with, everyone knows their name and we are consistently welcomed warmly at the door each day. She adores her time at day‑care and has learned so much. My little girl has been with the day‑care for two years and I couldn’ t be happier with the care they have provided her in that time.

April 11, 2025 at 10:36 amThank you to all the team. 10/ 10- no complaints whatsoever! The day‑care celebrates all cultures and celebrations which is truly important to us, and our kids sense extremely welcome and delighted. The garden alone is such a marvellous time day to day for kids to explore. The sessions they undertake each day are interesting and varied and go above and beyond what we experienced in our previous day‑care. Both kids absolutely adore going to day‑care every day and the team are kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable about all procedures. The assistance that team have given to both girls, but our 3 year old in particular, to handle the transition of moving to a new town, a new house and a new day‑care and having to make new friends has been phenomenal. This day‑care is exceptional and has been better than we might have hoped for. We relocated to Bedford last summer and moved our 3 year old and 1 year old to Lavenders.

May 19, 2025 at 4:33 amA cooked meal for lunch and dinner/ tea, consistently nutritious and varied- pies, fancy pastas, curry, rice, roast dinner, spag bowl, lamb etc. Also the food! It truly is outstanding. I don’ t think this day‑care truly compares to any other. Each room looks extremely homely but also extremely enjoyable and inviting. The inside is extremely clean, well organised, and spacious. Lots of plants and trees outside too so the kids find bugs and all sorts! It’ s extremely spacious with astroturf so the kids don’ t get muddy. The garden is remarkable, with lots of opportunities for cycling, climbing, exercising, and running. All of the kids I’ ve seen are consistently calm, delighted and exploring the surroundings. The team are so utterly remarkable- extremely calm, welcoming, validating to the kids, loving, attentive, delighted, reassuring, and welcoming. The day‑care overall is phenomenal. My review is based on kids ages 2. 5 and up.

They also consistently make me sense welcomed and assured that my kid is secure when I leave him. The team is super thoughtful and kind to him. My little boy just absolutely adores to come to day‑care.

Everything is provided from baby formula to nappies and strongly nutritious meals, and the kids get simply the best care. The team and manager are all so understanding and attentive and are strongly professional. I will be so sad once my little boy leaves for school in a few months time! Honestly without question Lavenders is the best day‑care and the most remarkable time for your little ones. One thing I noticed which also truly set my mind at ease was how delighted all of the kids were. The team were just so remarkable and so dedicated to the kids and the various rooms for the different age groups were marvellous. When I went to look around( at this point I was expecting my little boy) I just knew that this day‑care was the best place for him. My little boy started Lavenders when he was just seven months old and he is now three.

July 9, 2025 at 7:57 amThank you to all at Lavenders, I would 100% suggest it. The admin team are consistently easy to get hold of and answer any questions which make life easier. He has developed in all areas ever since going to day‑care and continues to every day. This is because of the attentive team that provides a secure space. He absolutely adores going to day‑care he goes in and comes out with a big smile every day. The team have been so useful and attentive to my little boy’ s needs. From day one we have both been made to sense so welcome. My boy started at Lavenders in August 2021 he was just over a year old.
