Kids Planet Hanford

Initially, I think the updates with parents through the app was slow but now it’s excellent lots of information and moments (pictures) captured, which makes you sense like you’re involved in your kid’s day! Activities to do at home are offered when you enter which is nice and parents’ playtime and stay were lovely. We missed the reindeer at Christmas though! Gutted as there was a baby one!
Also, we are dairy intolerant and he consistently has lovely meals. Attended the baby room since September.

All team are highly informative, welcoming and well‑informed in their approach.
I sense cheerful and relaxed at leaving him in their care, fully knowing he will be secure, loved and have an incredible journey. My grandson has been cared for by the team in the baby room.
He has just started the childcare centre and has settled in exceptionally well.

I’m kept up to date with her day via the app and all of her key workers make her sense so welcome. She consistently comes home smiling. My daughter absolutley loves her childcare centre days.

When we drop her off in the morning, she is consistently greeted warmly by the team who all know her by name individually. Even team in different rooms and the manager know her by her name which is highly special and personal. I receive regular updates on her day via an app and see lovely photos of what she has been getting up to. The reports on her development that I receive are so detailed and the team take so much time to deliver personal feedback, via reports and parent evenings. We have done several stays and plays which has been truly special. The food is also lovely and our daughter is so much more adventurous now. Overall, her talking, social skills and ability to perform tasks has improved so much at childcare centre and I am highly cheerful she attends Kids Planet. My daughter is so cheerful at Kids Planet Day Childcare centre and I sense incredibly reassured each day that she is secure and content there.

The team are all so lovely and welcoming. Consistently attentive to my kid’s needs and truly adore all the updates you can now get on the app. Highly suggest Kids Planet consistently!

The team have been so welcoming, supportive and attentive! I’m so grateful for all that they have done to make the transition so smooth for both myself and my little boy! My son has settled into the baby room much quicker than I had ever anticipated.

They listen to what we expect for our daughter and meet her needs. They are consistently welcoming and polite. Consistently ask if there is anything we need to know, and take the time to talk to us. The rooms are so calm and relaxing; the whole place is just perfect. Can’t ask for anything better. Since our daughter started, we have noticed a lot of improvement with her in her development. The childcare centre and team are absolutely exceptional; they have made us as a family sense at home.

My son has come on in leaps and bounds since being in this class. He is so much more confident. The team members are polite and so welcoming. They are consistently creating new activities and I am able to put them to use at home. The class is bright and eye-catching, it smells incredible every morning when entering the doors! It is consistently decorated according to the season and my son loves it! He is consistently fed so well and it gives him chance to try new things. They give so much assistance not only to my son but to me too. A massive thank you to team members for all you do! As an added extra they give breakfast to parents in a rush! I mean wow! What an incredible team they make! One particular member of team makes my son sense at ease in class and is so patient with him! The pre-school team are incredible!

The only disappointment was they no longer do shift cover schedules which we had before. However, any concerns, questions or anything you want to know the manager has quickly resolved, answered and dealt with. The team are welcoming, food is lush and wolfed down (Well Done to the chef). It’s nice to see pictures of the day and we adore when activities come home! The childcare centre gives little craft packs for families to do at home and offer great assistance for the next steps such as potty training getting rid of the dummies etc. Thank you for providing a secure space! Our kid has been in this childcare centre since they were 10 months old, we’ve seen it change hands and turn into the now Kids Planet Hanford.
