January 19, 2022 at 12:00 amMy child has been at this nursery for a few months and had settled in well. I feel the staff have created a pleasant and fun environment for my child to enjoy. They have also created a great relationship with my child which makes the process of going to nursery stress free and fun. Nursery is also good at communicating to parents about their child and about general things.

April 27, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son is in his final few months at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Northampton, Abington Park and he has thoroughly enjoyed his time here. His sister also came through this nursery and progressed to school 2-years ago. The carers have, on the whole, been excellent and the children have had good relationships with them. The nursery is a safe and fun environment with good outdoor spaces.

April 28, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son has returned home a number of times with soiled pants, where it’s clear that poo had been removed from the pants and then just pulled back up. This has left my son with red sores on his bum and has had to be escalated through to management.
I also feel that for the significant cost of the nursery, far more updates should be given about next steps, current/planned learning activities and how specifically my child is progressing. I do not feel that I know anywhere near enough how well my child is progressing.
Lastly, there appears to be a significant staff turnover which is unsettling for a child when his key worker is constantly changing

September 29, 2022 at 12:00 amBoth of my children have attended the setting and I found the staff to be brilliant and very caring. I’m totally comfortable that they are in safe hands and are challenged and stimulated.
Since starting with the nursery, I have seen my youngest develop new skills and I am impressed at the things she’s learning; colours, counting, shapes, patterns etc.
Most importantly, I know she has a lot of fun and is well cared for!

September 29, 2022 at 12:00 amMy child has been attending this nursery for almost two years and has experienced every room and most of the staff. He is always welcomed with care every morning. He is so happy to go and so happy when he’s collected (apart from when he wants to stay). He has absolutely thrived here and even though we have just moved across the other side of town, I won’t be moving him as he absolutely loves it. I trust this nursery with my son as much as I would my family members.

March 23, 2023 at 12:00 amI am overall happy with the care my child is receiving so far. She has learnt how to go up and down the steps and her confidence has grown in this aspect. Her vocabulary is also increasing. The staff so far are welcoming and friendly.

March 27, 2023 at 12:00 amThe staff are so kind and fun, my little boy always goes in with a smile on his face and dances when I come to pick him up. They feed him well, make sure he has lots of activity time and keep in touch with me about anything going on through the day that I need to be informed about. My only complaint is the sheer amount of dirty clothing that comes home but that’s because he does so much messy play which he adores. Smiles all round! I would definitely recommend.

March 28, 2023 at 12:00 amKiddi Caru is a warm, friendly and approachable setting. The staff go above and beyond at meeting the needs of each child as individuals. My daughter has struggled with drop-offs since the day she started (almost eighteen months ago), she’s fine once she’s there but I really wanted the drop-offs to become a more positive experience. The staff have been fantastic in supporting this and are very empathetic, they understand that one size doesn’t fit all and are very open and willing to take on board my thoughts and suggestions to help with drop-offs.
I’ve found it so important to build a relationship with the nursery and have transparency as a parent too, as a result, this has made the whole experience a wonderful one and I’m so grateful that my daughter is much more settled and has built such strong connections with the staff at Kiddi Caru.
They really are a lovely bunch!

She took a while to settle but the staff have been so caring and helpful in her time there. The updates we receive every day are a great piece of mind knowing she is being well looked after. She comes home every day full of beans, chatting away and never hesitates when we drop her off.

The staff are lovely which makes drop-off easier for us all too! I couldn’t imagine sending my child elsewhere as he’s extremely settled and happy!

Staff are so friendly and I know that he is really well taken care of from the moment at drop off till collection. The nursery has great outdoor space and keeps us well informed. The team all work hard and I have noticed our child develop so well since attending.

Good communication with parents.
Plenty of out door space, multiple rooms so they get to move around more and change leaving environment over the years.
I would happily recommend this nursery.

March 31, 2023 at 12:00 amMy child has been with the guys at Abington park for 7 months, and it’s exceptional. As a working mum, there is always guilt and worry when you chose to return to work. But from the minute we signed up (when I was pregnant!). Have been put at ease. My little girl is unbelievably happy, she gets excited when we arrive, and is often sad when I collect her.

The delish food
The high-quality location and facilities.
Every little thing is thought about, the key workers know my little girl inside and out and I trust them implicitly with her. They are fantastic with me when I have questions I love the updates through tapestry.

April 5, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son has been coming to Kiddi Caru Day Nursery for a year now. He looks very happy when I drop him off in the morning and when I pick him up. He seems to learn lots of things here because I can see him at home when he surprises me with new things that I have never shown him before. I love the parent’s evening where we discuss if I have any concerns about my son so the staff can improve it and work more on these needs with my son. Last but not least, I do appreciate that is a clean nursery and I can tell this was the first thing I have checked when I have visited the nursery on the open day.

April 6, 2023 at 12:00 amGood facilities for children to learn on speech and interaction with other kids. Good care is given to kids, very friendly and caring staff. All communication with management is very good. Child is always looking forward to attending classes as they’ve made friends.

August 4, 2023 at 12:00 amHad to take my son out, he was there for 4 months and would not settle, screaming and shouting when we dropped him off, standing outside in the rain waiting 10-15 minutes for them to collect our son.
When we collected our son he wasn’t wearing a nappy as they didn’t put one on him after they told us earlier that he had loose bowels though out the day.
Had cuts and bruises and when we collected him and they never notified us about them on handover as I had to point out to them why he had a cut on his face and no accident form was filled out.
We mentioned to the staff multiple times about these issues but nothing was resolved.
I wouldn’t recommend you sending your children to this nursery.
