Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Soundwell

My daughter started in January in the baby room and I was truly worried about her settling there because of her limited social contract as a result of covid, and having to just leave her at the door. However, the manager and deputy manager have been so supportive, and flexible. They understood my concerns and were able to offer extra settling in sessions. My daughter has now been there for 5 months and has a truly great bond with her key worker. I’m so grateful to the team, especially the managers, for consistently listening to my concerns, particularly around dietary requirements and naps and being so supportive and accommodating.

I have already recommended the childcare centre to 3 local mums and will continue to suggest it to others. The team at Mama Bear’s Soundwell have been incredible, especially during such a difficult time.

My eldest daughter has been going there for 3 years and my youngest for a few months now. Both girls have ear to ear grins every morning waiting at the front door. The team have been a massive part of their lives and they all care so much for the kids. I sense cheerful and content knowing my kids are well looked after and loved so much when I’m not around. I couldn’t suggest this crèche more! They are just fabulous. The team at Mama Bear’s, Pembroke Road are absolutely incredible.

I was unsure if the a childcare centre setting was the best place for me to send him during the pandemic but I can honestly say its the best thing we could have done for him. His speech and social skills are developing nicely and we are able to keep track of his day using the parents app.
My son loves childcare centre, consistently runs in smiling ready to start his day. I highly suggest the team at Mama Bear’s, Soundwell. My kid has been attending Mama Bear’s since August 2020 and within that time he has come on so much the difference is staggering.

This is the second time I have used Mama Bear’s, Soundwell for both my daughters and wouldn’t think about sending my kids anywhere else.
Best childcare centre around without question.

My eldest kid came here, my youngest is currently there and has come on in leaps and bounds. They build up a positive relationship with you and your kid, you instantly know they’re in great hands. The whole team are consistently accommodating to any concerns you have regarding your little one. My girlie is exceptionally clingy and only wants to stick to a select few. Personally I know how challenging this can be when you have to have eyes everywhere for other kids. The team at Pembroke Road take it in their wee stride with a smile and just get on with it. During the pandemic being a key worker the team had their own challenges but wore it with great spirits and did everything they could to assistance families in these working roles. Normality resumed for the kids that were able to go to childcare centre and the girls made it still sense like the same routine. Although scared myself, I had no worries about her as I knew she was in great hands! I encourage all parents to consider Mama Bear’s Pembroke Road.

The manager and the team do everything to accommodate each kid’s needs and the online journal is a excellent tool to see live photo’s and videos of what my son has been doing in his day. This is his 2nd childcare centre due to relocation and, although I was initially worried about using such a large company, the childcare centre feels highly local, bespoke and nurturing. Highly suggest. My son started here in the baby room during COVID and I was worried about the change for settling in periods but the ladies were outstanding!

He had a hard time transitioning between rooms but the team have been so excellent with getting him to transition each time he moved rooms even through his tears every morning at drop off until recently when he finally went in without tears. They are consistently welcoming and welcoming to us all at drop off/pickups, giving us updates on his day and what he ate, we wouldn’t hesitate to suggest the team here to anyone who needs a childcare centre. Our son has a excellent time at childcare centre and has been going since he was 9 months he is now in the pre-school room.

Both have advanced significantly with speech and language and truly delight in the setting. Moreover, the childcare centre has been exceptionally supportive of the whole family since my eldest was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer in August 2021. The care and assistance has exceeded expectations and is highly much appreciated at a highly challenging time. I’d highly suggest to friends and family. We’re highly grateful to all the team for their dedication to the kids Both of my daughters attend Mama Bears, Pembroke Road and are highly cheerful there.

My little girl has thrived being at Mama Bear’s. All the team have gone above and beyond to make her sense confident and cheerful. She looks forward to going every time. I sense like it’s a home from home for my daughter. Would definitely suggest. Wow, what can I say?

My 3 kids have attended the setting at Pembroke Road and I would highly suggest them. The girls are so thoughtful, attentive, welcoming and highly expert. Any concerns and it is dealt with.
The manager is incredible and will consistently go that extra mile to help parents and also kids. My youngest leaves this July and she is going to be heart broken to leave the team. She speaks so highly of two members of team, in particular. Dream team. Can’t speak highly enough. The team also follow the EYFS and my kids’s discovering and understanding was truly great. Also kept updated about their discovering and time at childcare centre via the app.
