Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Downend (Coronation Road)

I would suggest this setting to anyone. Both of my kids attend Mama Bear’s Day Childcare centre (Coronation Road-Downend), and they are both exceptionally cheerful there.
The setting is highly inviting, and the team are all welcoming, attentive and supportive to both the kids and families.
My eldest has additional discovering needs, and this has been dealt with care and compassion from all team and, in particular, his key worker, who he loves.

Our son started in October and the team were so incredible with helping him get settled now he is truly coming into his own and has such a lovely time when there.
The updates from the team throughout the day is incredible, the app is so useful and the variation of meals he eats there is excellent.
Leaving your kid for a full day with people you don’t know was super daunting for me but now I know he’s having a excellent time with lovely people and being well looked after. We are so cheerful with Mama Bear’s, Coronation Road.

Consistently had great bonds with all team, they are all so attentive and understanding of my son. My daughter now attends the childcare centre, they have made her come out in herself she was born just before lockdown so hasn’t truly had much updates with other people and didn’t like to be left without me she has come so far and now truly loves to go to childcare centre she consistently wants to go to childcare centre and learn new things and make new friends Mama Bear’s Day Childcare centre have truly helped her to do this. All the team are highly easy to talk to about any worries I have (not had any regarding the setting) they are consistently welcoming. Consistently keep me updated through the day on the app and if they have any worries or concerns they phone me straight away. My son will be highly sad to be leaving the childcare centre in September to go to primary school. My son has been attending this childcare centre for 2 years now and he has come on so much since he has been here he is such an outgoing kid from being at childcare centre and discovering new skills.

The team are highly inviting and welcoming and consistently answer the door cheerful and to see the kids. We receive updates through the day of what our son has had to eat along with any observations made, his development and the activities he has been doing. We adore the option on the app to add our own content to share any developments and wow moments we have had at home. My son has only ever spoken highly of all the carers and his friends at Coronation Road. He is highly cheerful there. We can’t thank the manager and all the team enough for all the fantastic care and adore they have given him. We are going to be highly sad to leave when we move up to school. My son attends pre school at Coronation Road and absolutely loves it, he looks forward to his preschool days.

They’ve been truly patient with her (she found it a little overwhelming to begin with) and I think that’s truly helped her to sense comfortable. I know she’s well looked after and cheerful when she’s there and that’s all you can ask for! X My daughter truly enjoys her days at childcare centre and the team have helped her to settle in beautifully.

It has a inviting, supportive and family sense to the setting and the care the team offer. The updates is highly positive, they regularly update me on what my son is doing and eating, and how much. They show genuine care for my sons development and have been supportive with advice to assistance what we can be doing at home. They have also been doing 1:1 sessions to assistance his speech development which I truly appreciate. The activities I see them do are lovely and creative. I’m so cheerful with this childcare centre. I have had such a positive journey with this childcare centre.

She truly enjoys it, she’s made excellent friends and her development has come along so much!

The team are lovely, they are consistently welcoming and approachable. Any issues/concerns I may have are consistently dealt with quickly and professionally. (Not that I ever have any!)

Without the girls in this childcare centre we would have truly struggled to get the help my son desperately needed, for that I can’t thank these girls enough! You truly are a fantastic bunch and we will miss you all so much! My boys have had a remarkable time at this childcare centre, team consistently welcoming and smiling and highly attentive towards the kids.

Both of our kids quickly built special relationships with the team at Mama Bear’s and they both have their respective favourites. The team are genuinely attentive and it gives us a remarkable sense of well-being, knowing that our kiddies are in such a excellent place and having a fantastic time with their friends. The team are outstanding, they give us lots of feedback at the end of the day and the online parent platform allows us to see photos of their day to day activities. Events such as Easter/Mother’s Day/Christmas are consistently special at Mama Bear’s and the kids work hard to produce cards or artwork to mark the day, and gives the kids a sense of pride as they gift it to parents at home time. Having been with Mama Bear’s for almost 5 years, we would strongly suggest them! My wife and I have entrusted Mama Bear’s, Coronation Road with attentive for both of our kids, our eldest is now in school and our youngest is now in pre-school.

He had multiple taster sessions as he struggled to adjust, as did I. The team were so compassionate and patient, even coming to check on me once when I cried dropping him off. The manager came to the car park to put my mind at ease and reassure me. My son now loves Mama Bears, and he seems to have a new favourite person! Pictures and videos are posted daily, which is incredible; it’s clear he’s having a excellent time. I’m so pleased to have found Coronation Road Mama Bears; it truly is a inviting, welcoming and enjoyable place for him to make friends and socialise! My son started at Mama Bears Coronation Road in May 21, and being a lockdown baby, he was not used to other people or places.
