Kangaroo Pouch Day Nursery Bloxwich

Kangaroo Pouch Nursery in Bloxwich is fantastic. My son has been going there since June 2018 and he has come so far since going there. The staff are absolutely brilliant with all the children and they have helped me so much with potty training and are so patient with my son when it comes to eating as he is so fussy. My son’s speech has come on as well, as I felt he was struggling initially. But he is a little chatterbox now! The nursery do wonderful activities with the children, including day trips that parents can go on aswell. My son has come home plenty of times with something he has made over the last few days or drawings of our family, which are lovely keepsakes.
All the staff are so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. There is always a friendly feeling when I go to the nursery each day my son is there.
When my son finishes here this year due to starting school, we both will miss them all.

Fantastic nursery. My child started in September, not being able to say a sentence and still in nappies, he is now fully toilet trained and can express with confidence sentences, count to 10 and is extremely clever, couldn’t thank the nursery enough for the support they have given my child.

My son started at Kangaroo Pouch Bloxwich nearly a year ago, he has come on so much with his confidence and speech! The educational/academic side of my son’s learning has been absolutely brilliant and he is doing fantastic. Each time he has come home lately he has learnt something new and surprises us all the time. The staff are brilliant with him and very intentive and genuinely care about his well being.
I love that Kangaroo Pouch has an app that tells you about what your child has done throughout the day, however, there are times when the app has not been updated for a while making it hard to know what your child has eaten or if they have had a nap. I would love to see more observations on my child and photos of him enjoying his day. I would love there to be an opportunity to come in and be able to watch my child interact and more parent’s evenings. They have done amazing with helping support my son with his potty training and gaining his confidence. The staff are amazing.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 9-months old. I was initially worried about returning to work and how my son would feel when he grows up about being left in a day-care facility whilst his father and I worked. I needn’t have bothered worrying. My son has thrived in the nursery so much that I am considering putting him in there full time as I feel he is getting so much more from being there, than being stuck with me all day! The staff are amazing and genuinely care about the children. They have an app so I know what my son has eaten and when he has been to sleep throughout the day. They also publish observations, pictures and messages through the app, so I always feel in the loop with what is happening.
