January 19, 2016 at 12:00 amOur son has loved Incredible Kids from the first day he attended. The staff are fantastic & the facilities are spot on. I would not hesitate to recommend Incredible Kids to anybody looking for a nursery.

March 22, 2016 at 12:00 amWe only saw two nurseries when looking for a nursery for our daughter 18 months ago, and knew immediately that this one was perfect. They’ve not let me down! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and my daughter is always happy when I pick her up. All the meals are cooked in house by dedicated chefs (and it smells delicious). and the activities are varied everyday. Its always clean and most of all my daughter has learnt so much over her time in both he baby and toddler rooms. I can’t praise the whole team highly enough for looking after my first born, her little sister will be going too when she’s bigger.

The staff are so lovely and helpful and always go above and beyond for my daughter and every child they look after! I would recommend the nursery to everyone! My daughter is so happy there, it really makes a parent feel at ease when your child has such lovely people to look after them!

February 5, 2018 at 12:00 amI attended a Christmas party and pick-up of my cousin’s son who I regularly look after. I always find staff helpful and efficient. Children are happy in their environment. My little charge loves attending and enjoys all the different activities. Lots of encouragement from staff during activities. I have picked him up on previous occasions and he always comes out happy.

February 5, 2018 at 12:00 amMy son has been attending for nearly 2 years now. He loves it. I feel comfortable leaving him. The staff are very friendly and have really helped my son with his speech, social skills and many more. We both will be sad when he leaves to start school in September.

February 12, 2018 at 12:00 amSince choosing Incredible Kids Derby, I’m amazed at the hard work and energy the staff put into caring for children. My child has developed so much since enrolling at the nursery, and that’s down to well-trained personnel. They have comprehensive safeguarding policies in place so I know my child is in a secure and happy environment.
The staff are friendly, supportive and generally happy to give advice or suggestions for play activities.

May 1, 2018 at 12:00 amToo many issues which I feel isn’t dealt with in the correct manner. I have considered pulling my son out of nursery because of the issues. Injury’s that go unnoted. No one knows what has happened, going against parents wishes to make their life easier. Overall, I don’t think the nursery is keeping an eye on the children as expected too many problems for them “not to realise”.
