Harpole Day Nursery

The team are lovely, know the kids highly well and they take time to talk to parents at pick up. The activities consistently seem appropriate for the age group and the individual feedback on the app is excellent. My daughter has settled highly well at Harpole Day Childcare centre after finding it difficult to settle elsewhere.

The settling in is never easy but Harpole helped to accommodate with extra settling in days where needed and have been highly organised and reassuring throughout. Obviously a baby or toddler can’t tell you how their day went, but they send photos and log food/nappies throughout the day which helps ease our parental minds. The team go the extra mile to try and get to know your kids and help them settle which is all you could ask for. Updates is truly great between all the team and parents as well and we are pleased we have chosen Harpole. This was the second childcare centre we have tried after a previously bad journey settling into the other one.

Its a lovely small setting which allows the team to focus on a small number of kids.
My son has thrived since starting a couple of years ago and is now enjoying preschool which is truly preparing him for school next year!
My daughter is in the baby room and is consistently cheerful to be dropped off. Updates via the app is excellent and the team are consistently enthusiastic and engaged on pick up.
There are a range of activities each week and my son in particular enjoys Boogie Beats and the secret garden.
There have been quite a few team changes and my son has struggled with a few of these, but on the other hand there are team which have been there for years, so I think its just one of those things.
Its excellent to see some recent investment in the childcare centre, I hope this continues during my daughters time there. Both of my kids attend Harpole now.

As they have progressed, their needs have been met and they have all blossomed. The youngest 2 are still at Harpole. It truly is a home from home attentive setting, which still stretches the kids and piques their interest. Updates on drop off and pick up is outstanding, I don’t sense like I have missed any part of their days. They are also truly supportive of our family and what we are trying to achieve as a unit. Thanks! All 3 of my kids have enjoyed their time at Harpole.

Would absolutely suggest to anyone looking for exceptional and secure care for their little ones. Remarkable team, excellent secret garden, refreshing approach to teaching kids with everyday objects and not afraid to get messy which I adore!

We have consistently been exceptionally cheerful with all aspects of the childcare centre during her time there. It is a fantastic childcare centre that provides exceptional care. My daughter has been at the childcare centre since shortly after her first birthday.

Can’t suggest Harpole Day Childcare centre enough, my little boy has come on leaps and bounds since being there, I’m consistently at ease leaving him there, as I know he is well looked after, the childcare centre has a excellent team throughout, and it’s lovely that all team get to know all the kids, I will be sad when my son leaves to start school, but know they have given him a excellent start in his educational journey

One of the main reasons was the time and dedication the team gave to each student and also how welcoming they were to us parents. The food menu is excellent as I truly wanted my daughter to have a variety of freshly cooked meals which saved me a lot of time instead of going elsewhere to do pack lunches.
She loves climbing in the secret garden and loves playing outdoors. She learns so much at childcare centre that she comes home speaking more each day. The app allows us parents to know what our kids ate and also what they did so I truly like this aspect. The team are fantastic and explains at the end of each day what they’ve done and how they got on.
Will be taking my youngest there as well later on. Highly recommended. My daughter likes going to Harpole Childcare centre and consistently asks whether she’ll be going in every day.
The childcare centre is truly lovely so I am glad that I chose this over others.

The team are welcoming and have made our little one sense highly welcome. She loves going and at each pickup asks when she can go again!
The team provide enjoyable and educational activities with clear links to early years foundation stage framework. The walks around the village and to see the animals in nearby fields are of particular enjoyment.
As parents, we have appreciated the clear updates from team and via the app. Our daughter moved to Harpole Day Childcare centre from another childcare centre and we could not have been happier with the move.

Updates about her day to day activities and wellbeing is consistently forthcoming via the app or on pick up. She eats better at childcare centre amongst her peers than at home. She has learnt so much from the practitioners and brings home some sayings and routines. She knows most of their names and has made some lovely bonds with friends and leaders alike. Boogie Beats is a firm fave. She rewards us with a sticker for a “Great Job” too. Thanks to the team at Harpole Day Childcare centre for everything. A lovely home from home for my daughter to thrive and socialise.
