Field House Day Nursery & Pre-school

Our two boys (3 and 16 months) have been attending Field House Day Nursery for the last couple of months. They settled in extremely quickly and it was good to know that they could have as many settling in sessions as they needed.
They are both always very happy to get into nursery, some days without even a backward glance! Our eldest absolutely loves playing out in the spacious garden and it’s great to receive daily updates on the ParentZone app with photos of him beaming and having fun with his new friends! The app is great too as we know exactly what our youngest has been up to and his food, sleep and nappy changes.
The staff are always very friendly and caring and our boys have already built lovely relationships with them. We would definitely recommend Field House Day Nursery to other parents!

My 3-year-old daughter has been coming to Field House since just before she turned 1. I have nothing but positive experiences with them. Particularly with the pandemic, my daughter always loved going but after being home with me for 12 weeks she seemed to suffer separation anxiety on her return. The ladies have been nothing but supportive and honestly amazing at settling her back in. We have our happy little girl back who proudly and excitingly goes into nursery every morning. My daughter absolutely adores the whole team at nursery, and we as parents could not be happier or more grateful. Not only this but the vast amount of activities they do with her, the fantastic food and the lovely bonds they have, make it so much easier for us knowing they are having so much fun all day.

My son started at Field House Day Nursery in August, when he was 10 months old. We looked around a few nurseries in Kenilworth and picked Field House as it was small and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive and we liked the outdoor space and ethos. I’m so glad we did! The settling in sessions were so reassuring and there wasn’t a limit to how many my son needed. He absolutely loves going in each day and we’re always met with a friendly face at the door. The information on the app on his feeding, naps, and activities is fantastic. Initially, I was quite worried about leaving him to start back at work, but I feel 100% confident that he is being well looked after and having a great time. I know the input from the staff and contact with his peers is helping his development, and the staff were so pleased and excited when he took his first steps and said his first words, I get the impression they really care. I thoroughly recommend Field House Day Nursery to any parent.

Excellent nursery excellent staff! My son went from crying at the 1st few drop-offs to shutting the door on me. I take that as he loves it. He loves being outside and the staff take them out no matter what the weather is like. I know my child and I know when he’s happy like every other parent. He’s definitely happy at Field House Day Nursery.

The girls at Field House have been amazing with my son. We were a bit nervous leaving our child with people who aren’t his parents at first but from the get-go, the Manager made us feel welcome and at ease. All the staff are amazing with him, he loves them and that makes us happy.

Field House is a wonderful nursery setting and the staff are brilliant. My eldest attended Field House, she is now at school, and my youngest has been at Field House for the last 18 months. My son enjoys every day he attends and the staff are excellent at communicating the wide variety of activities he does each day. My son has built great relationships with the staff and other children. The staff also run great initiatives, such as monthly newsletters, charity events and potty training kits, which is fantastic. The staff at Field House have really made our nursery experience a positive one for our family. Thank you.

Overall a really positive experience and were very happy. Our child has settled well and all the staff are extremely friendly and engaging with the activities they set up. The photos and updates during the day help to keep our minds at ease whilst at work.

The staff at Field House have been looking after our children for the past 4 years – with only our youngest now left there. She loves attending and playing with the other children and staff and we never have a problem with her at drop-off. The staff have always kept us informed about our children’s progress at pick-ups, via their parent app and monthly updates. The staff are all friendly and approachable and I feel they really have the best interests of the children at heart.

Moreover, my son who left in September has gone to school with all the skills he needed to settle right in (dressing himself, lunch self-service, etc), and thanks to the Field House staff, he was one of the few who was able to consistently write his name correctly, write all the letters of the alphabet, and know his numbers. As a result, he is doing fantastically at school. The facilities at Field House are really amazing with a great outdoor space and an intimate indoor environment. Would highly recommend it.

We moved to the area late 2022 which meant my 2 year old had to change nursery after over a year at his previous one. He initially had issues settling in but the staff were really patient about it and had great suggestions as to how to make him feel more comfortable. He now really enjoys nursery and walks in confidently with no tears. The staff have also been fantastic with his potty training, patient and kind throughout even on days he was struggling. My son loves the outdoor area, they go out most days which is really great to see. He also enjoys the food and the singing and dancing! They use an app which is great for seeing what he’s been eating and how he’s been sleeping, we even get a bunch of photos daily to show what they’ve been up to.

Our son has been attending Field house since 8 months old, he’s settled in well and really seems to have bonded with a number of the staff there. The contact with the nursery has always been positive and professional and we can already see how they’re impacting his development.
