April 25, 2023 at 12:00 amI moved my son here after experiencing many issues with a previous nursery and the staff were so welcoming and helped both my son and I to feel at ease. I love all the updates that I do get on the app along with photos of my son’s day. I feel my son’s development has come on very well and he enjoys his days playing and exploring and especially loves the tortoise pet, Blaze.
The staff are very engaging and helpful.

April 25, 2023 at 12:00 amHave been taking my child to Dundee Nature Kindergarten for two years now and could not be happier with the services provided. Staff are professional and friendly and take a clear interest in the children in their care. All of the staff know the children by name and are aware of the needs and interests of the children they work with. I have always felt comfortable leaving my son in their care and he is always happy to see the staff when he arrives. He is very comfortable with all of the staff and has grown in confidence since starting. I cannot fault the management and staff at Dundee Nature Kindergarten as they are very well organised, have fantastic communication with parents and provide an excellent range of learning experiences for the children. Have recommended it to multiple friends who have had children since we started with Dundee Nature Kindergarten!

It is extremely well run by two excellent managers along with senior staff and it shows, the children are very happy there, they play outside as much as they can and are very well looked after. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

April 25, 2023 at 12:00 amMy child has been part of Dundee Nature Kindergarten for the past four years. My baby will be joining this year too. This nursery has the best staff, caring, genuine, involved and makes you feel at ease. I never have to worry as I know they are in the best hands.

The dedication of the staff is unparalleled and we love the values the nursery holds, free play with loose parts, promoting independence among the children, natural resources provided, fostering positive relationships with staff and peers, I could go on! Our little one comes back muddy and happy and with a sense of wonder about creepy crawlies and the world around her.

April 25, 2023 at 12:00 amThe facilities are excellent with superb outdoors that allows the kids to use all their senses. The activities indoors are always varied too.
The staff are excellent at keeping us informed, allowing our daughter to develop but at the same time looking after her and keeping her safe.
Our daughter started in 2-3s, then moved to 3-5s. The staff knew the exact right time to do it. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I know my child is well looked after, clean and had an amazing day. There are so many facilities for the children and the staff are very well trained and fantastic with the kids.
I couldn’t recommend them enough!

The staff are great at updating parents on how the day has been and the app to keep up to date with their day is great.

April 25, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year and a half and my experience has been nothing but positive with Thrive Childcare and Education and all the staff at the nursery. Communication from both staff and management is excellent, they continue to keep me updated and I feel that they really care for all the children they look after. My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old and therefore has been moved to different rooms based on her age. Each room has been great in keeping us updated, including us in her learning as well as helping develop her own skill set which has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are also very helpful with any queries and nothing is too much for them. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The management team and staff have been great and always show genuine care and interest in my little girl’s development and well-being. She loves the outdoor space and has built great relationships with staff and other children over the last year and a half. I am more than happy with the variety of meals and snacks on offer. I have no concerns or regrets with our choice of nursery and I feel completely at ease knowing she’s at Nature Kindergarten when I am at work.

Great use of outdoor space. Staff have been very encouraging with regard to meeting developmental milestones. Great communication with parents.

April 27, 2023 at 12:00 amI find this nursery to be exceptional in their level of understanding and commitment to the children in their care, the setup they have seems very geared to allowing children to play safely but still allow them to be children and have proper fun outside and with toys, generally allowing them still to be well-rounded kids, getting messy and running around. I’m so pleased to have moved my child here and would not even consider anywhere else now.

My little boy has been at the nursery for almost three years and has had a very good experience in all the rooms he has been a member of. The outdoor facilities are a firm favourite of my son’s and he comes home happy everyday.

April 27, 2023 at 12:00 amThe nursery is amazing, my daughter has started off in the baby room and it is such a nice, large, room full of educational toys and the garden is great too. The staff pay very close attention to the kids and I know she is really well looked after. The app is great for updates regarding her sleep, meals and nappies so I have no worries. She has a milk allergy but I find the food variety so good and inclusive so this has not been a problem at all for us, thankfully. She is always so happy to be dropped off, I know she has a great bond with the staff who work hard to ensure this. I’m so happy I chose this nursery!

Having relocated to Dundee with a toddler, who required a lot of settling in and reassurances, the staff at the nursery have always been encouraging, welcoming and supportive of her. Communication is clear and timely and my daughter is full of positivity and kind words about her key workers the end of the day!

April 28, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son has been at Dundee Nature Kindergarten since he was about one and a half, he is now coming up for 4. The change in him has been amazing. He is very sociable and bright. He has the opportunity to learn in many different ways during his time at nursery both socially and emotionally and he is being well educated at the same time. They have an amazing inside and outside area for children too. My son’s eating preferences have also been adhered to and the menus are really good.
The staff are just amazing, having worked in education myself for many years, I’ve never seen and felt so much care and kindness for children in their care.
I would highly recommend this nursery to others who value education from a young age. They go over and above on a daily basis.

I can say I was a bit worried in the beginning but the staff are amazing and they showed me so many times how caring for the kids they are and my fear just disappeared seeing my son happy coming back from nursery. The manager is always looking for everything to be smooth and not to have accidents. I had spoken to many mums in different nurseries and I can see the difference in the attitude with the kids and I know I made the right choice of nursery for my child.

May 24, 2023 at 12:00 amI was so nervous about my daughter starting nursery last year but from the very first visit she was so happy and so was I. The staff are honestly so lovely and always show interest in her development. The environment is just perfect for her to play, grow and be safe, with lots of ways for her to develop her physical and mental skills. She loves the outdoor area and never wants to leave when I pick her up if she’s outside playing at the time. She sometimes tries to sneak toys home as they have so many and they let her bring books home for us to enjoy. It’s been so nice watching her make new friends in the nursery as well. I’m so glad this is the nursery we chose. I highly recommend Dundee Nature Kindergarten. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and all they have done for my daughter.
